The Master Bath had a tiled shower that was leaking/needed to be demo'd. Clarlyle gave me a fair estimate for completely demo'ing the tile flooring and shower tile, with the caveat that it could be more expensive depending upon how the Saltillo was set. The crew arrived and began what was almost 100% dustless removal. Upon testing the Saltillo, they determined that it would be better to grind it down rather than remove it. They removed the other tile, ground and leveled the floors, then applied thinset to them so that we could live on them while we continue demo work in the house. Professional, excellent work; we usually lay our own floors, but Clarlyle was so awesome we might just have them finish the job!

They also charged us an extra $1800.00 over and above the estimate and when questioned, they sent us an invoice for extras, some of which, like the electrical, was done by my husband.
