On Father's Day, I had a leak in my tub/shower faucet and wanted to replace whatever hardware that…read moreneeded replacing. I checked to see who would be available to start answering for service and Grace Family Plumbing was there for me. I described my issue with pictures. They gave me options that I didn't think of, like accessing the faucet from the wall on the other side and installing a panel for possible future issues. They gave me an honest price drop because of less work and I was sold for the first available appointment and I'm all the way down in SE San Antonio. Next day, Appointment day, I received pre-notification an hour out. Noah and his coworker arrived early in the time frame so I wasn't worried. They listened to my issue, what I had on hand, and showed them access to everything they needed and stayed out of their way. They were polite and professional and didn't mind when I did take a peek or two at the progress. They kept the work areas clean and picked up after themselves. The transaction for payment was smooth over Apple Pay. They honored the price given and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

After much research, everyone else gave a drastically high quote. The nice man at RiverHills Moving checked for ways to save us money.....and he did...by a lot!!! And the one time someone did answer, they sounded extremely annoyed. They did not provide a payment book or directions on how to make payments. We knew the payment amount from the contract, but no due date was given. When we tried to get this information, it was like pulling teeth. If you're paying cash outright, this would be great, but if you plan on making payments, be prepared to get frustrated.

WOW!!! If you're looking for the PERFECT shed or outdoor building buying experience STOP RIGHT…read moreHERE! We purchased a 12x16 outdoor building from Simpco and couldn't be more happier with the excellent service, care and attention we received from David, Deborah, and Joanna. We live 2 hours away and happened to be in the area and decided to stop and look. We found the building we liked, contacted Joanna, and from that very moment, everything was taken care of for us. We picked the shed and trim colors, upgraded the floor, went over door placement and loft and window options with David, agreed on a delivery date and signed the paperwork! Joanna kept us updated as it was being built, and even sent us photos of the various stages. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to get back with me with the answers to my questions, even after hours. I don't think I asked one question that she didn't have an immediate response for, which right away tells me she loves her job and helping people! DELIVERY DAY! Jeff delivered our building on time and actually called me a couple times the week of to make sure I was still good with the delivery date and time. I really appreciated that because the building was going to our new address and there were a handful of things I was juggling at the time with other deliveries. Our building came in on an 18 wheeler along with two other deliveries, and I was worried about how Jeff would get the building to the spot we wanted it, under heavy oak trees and up a rocky road quite a ways away from where the truck had to park. Jeff wasn't worried at all, and I took comfort in how he accessed the situation and took charge from there. He has a nifty little machine to move buildings into really tight spots, controlled by remote! It was actually pretty cool to watch! The entire time Jeff seemed calm and unbothered by our gasps and then sighs as he maneuvered under and around our beautiful oaks. Then he had to place the building as close to a buried septic line as possible without breaking the underground pipes. NO PROBLEM. Very impressive skills with that little machine! After the delivery and setup was complete, we inspected the building. Top notch craftsmanship! All the edges are squared and the joints are nice and tight and it is one solid building! Before he left Jeff put a level to everything one last time. All in all, should we ever need another building, and should our friends and family ever need a building, we'll all be traveling back to Simpco!!

They also provided drone photos during the job and after it was completed. We needed extra decking, but my uncle is a general contractor, so I knew there would be some overage, and I was not really surprised by it. They let me save some money by allowing me to buy the attic fans I needed myself and only charging for installation. I'm very pleased. Quality roofing product, Malarkey, and the most affordable of the 6 roofing quotes I got.
