Once we agreed to use their services I was immediately called by Sam for laser measurements. Sam came on 6/18. On 6/21 was contacted and told that they could install on 6/26 however we were not available so install was scheduled for 6/30. Was emailed days before install with exact instructions on preparing for the install. The day of the install received notification that Jesse and his team were on their way. Install was so easy. Jesse and his crew were extremely respectful and polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. When I came down to look at where the seam on the countertop was I very pleased that there was not a seam especially since we were told they would have to put a seam. Love my countertops. The entire process was so easy. Every person involved is extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time each time. In addition, Greg provided recommendation for tile and they too were very professional and prompt. Most importantly I felt safe and comfortable with everyone involved. However, Kim Ansaldo, the owner's daughter, without knowing that I was their 68-year-old customer, decided to join in with a group of Facebook bullies to disparage me publicly. She laughed at a news article did I had posted in a local chat room warning that the hospitals in Dallas were having to triage Covid patients. After I contacted her via private message, and let her know who I was and how disappointed I was in her actions, she publicly disparaged me under a post attacking me for closing down comments on a post about getting the Covid vaccine.
