After delivery and set up we had intermittent issues with the control buttons. After a couple of service calls it was determined that the motor was actually bad and causing the problems. Bassett says they will make this right, but so far, no action has been taken. In June 2022, we visited our local Bassett to pick out replacement couches and made to believe everything would be made right, but as of today it has not; no action taken.
