As they requested, I contacted them via email with descriptions and pictures of the items I wanted to consign. I was told they would respond in a few days. So I waited over a week and called them. I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!

This was a 16 week process that resulted in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I'm still stuck with 6 floor model chairs and no dining room table, I even offered to pay a re-stock fee to return the unused chairs.
