He called his crew, and within half an hour they arrived, removed the old gutter, and installed the new gutter completing the project within an hour. None of the gutters were actually under the drip guard and there was a lot of wood rot on the facia. There was also a lot of mold accumulated. The previous owners obviously went with a cheap company and it showed. Tim came out and gave us an estimate and explained the entire process in great detail. He was able to match the color if the gutter to our existing metal roof. He also kept in contact with us, to let us know when the installation would begin. The installers, James and John, came over for several days and always called before they came to let us know when they would be arriving. They showed up on time and ready to work. The quality of their work was outstanding and I tested the roof by spraying water on it and the gutters worked extremely well, just as advertised. Not one leak.
