It's rare that I award 5 stars to business on my first visit. Mobile Klinik deserves it, and more…read more Customer service exceeded my expectations. Plus, despite being busy working on someone else's order, the person at the desk recognized that my issue was simple, and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. And the price? MUCH MUCH better than the competing Fix/Break services. Mobile Clinic will be my first destination whenever I need anything mobile fixed, or if I want to buy a used phone.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Took my phone (iphone 6) in with a broken screen, was told 45…read moreminutes. After waiting 2 hours my phone was handed back to me with the same smashed screen and now a home button that doesn't work. I told them this was unacceptable and they accused me of having my phone worked on before (which I had not). They then told me they needed to keep it overnight or return it to me as is. I left it overnight as it was in no working condition. Returned the next day to pick it up. Phone was still not ready! Waited another 1.5 hours to have it returned with a wobbly home button and damaged LCD/LED screen (which apple has quoted me $350 to repair). All they did was apologize and state they didn't know how that happened. I was asked to take it to the Mobile Klinik at St. Laurent and given a 20 dollar phone case as my screen is still not fully attached. I will absolutely not recommend any of these pop up phone repair shops. It's worth the wait at Apple.

Instead of addressing the issue, the managers were dismissive, offering excuses and trying to dance around my questions rather than honouring the warranty or providing a real solution. After wasting my time with unhelpful responses, I finally gave up and left. An extremely disappointing experience. This store and Apple has lost my business, I won't be purchasing from Apple again and I don't recommend anyone purchase Apple care warranty. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable especially considering the costs of their products.

Yada yada yada I wont focus on this since thats how it work in all apple store. I have a apple 12 pro Max under warranty with apple care. The New phones do not come with the USB-C wall charger anymore. They also changed the wire so it dont fit the block I own anymore. We tried to exchange the wire that no longer work. They told us because it is a few month old it is no longer covered. We didn't keep the receipt so it could be 8 month or 11 month. We bought the new adaptor USB-C because we can no longer charge the phone. When you sale your old phone you give it with the charger and block. However with the price of $25 each I don't keep too many extra. We had each purchase a block and one wire. I had two and one is definitely more then a few month old (past the one year) The line was not as packed today as on other days. We were able to get service in about 35 minutes. The lady was trying to push sales of more wires and blocks. Letting us know that they would be covered if we did. I was always under the impression that apple care was good for things like that. Nothing was explained it was just a hard no. We made sure to ask for the receipt to be sent via email. That way we wont lose it. Apple Win

For those of you looking for an alternative to Bell and Rogers, this is the best decision we've…read moremade pending you don't leave the Ottawa region on a regular basis. They do have towers in Toronto and most major cities, but the outskirts and rural areas are still expanding coverage. In terms of this location, we found the staff super helpful. The first time we went here, we dealt with a really knowledgeable sales rep who answered all my boyfriend's technical (read: nerdy and confusing) questions about the Google Nexus' capabilities. The unlimited package lets us use our phone without watching the usage (unlike our other Rogers phone where we're constantly worried about going over our data or minutes, or worry about what time of day we're calling), and it's super well priced. We pay $45/month for unlimited talk, text and data. No apple users, they don't sell the iPhone, in fact, they have quite a limited selection of phones, but the price and the service is worth it. Also, coming from a huge Mac fan, I love my Android and it doesn't freeze like a lot of my friend's iPhone - muuhahaha. Oh right - one last bonus - this place has NO CONTRACTS. Thank god. Yes, you can pay your phone off with a tab (similar to Koodo or Virgin), but you just have to pay the remaining balance of the original cost of the phone if you choose to switch carriers or cancel your plan. The isn't a store at Bayshore, just a kiosk beside Sports Check on the third floor. However, I much prefer it to any of the other Wind locations we've visited (Carlingwood and Woodroffe) simply because the service is unparalleled. 2/30
