THE BEST THERE IS!!!!! These guys don't need my review, they have consistently had 5 stars. But with all the newbies coming up in the market, screen repair etc, I feel this is necessary. I have worked with them since they first opened quite a few years ago, not sure exactly how long, but to give you an idea, the first phone I brought to them was Blackberry. I have worked exclusively with Chris. The customer service is text book professional as is the environment. They have fixed an assortment of problems for me as, first of all, I drop my phone often and second, I do not like to change out phones. They can often fix your phone while you wait and it is never that long. My recent screen repair was done in around 11 minutes and I was talking to the guy the whole time. They diagnose the problem quickly and their pricing is very fair. The bottom line is that Wireless Planet is an honest and conscientious operation that wants you to come back in the door, so they are very accommodating. If you want it done right the first time these are your guys. They will also answer any issues you have operating your phone. I called a day before I went in then one of the guys gave me a quote so I walked in the next day thinking that was their normal price but the quote happens to be about $30 less than their normal price. My friend has an older Motorola flip-phone. He switched providers 2x in the last 12 months. He could not transfer his photos from the old "locked" handset. Wireless planet came up with a beautiful solution: * I purchased an 8gb memory chipset. Wp installed the chip in the motorola, accessed the storage, transferred the 683 pics, and contacted me later the same day! I am a happy camper... * I moved the pics to my laptop from the chip in no time. * I emailed pics dating back to 2008 to my friend. Chris and his team were fantastic! I brought them an iPhone with a motherboard short that just passed the one year warranty which the Apple store said could not be repaired and I would have to buy a new phone. Not only did Chris and his team repair the phone at a reasonable cost, but Chris also took the time to fill out additional paperwork so that the repair cost could be reimbursed by my credit card company under its purchase protection program. I had problems with my iPad's battery. I took it to Apple and they blew smoke at me telling me that I had too many notifications turned on. I turned them off and the battery has yet to improve. I went to Wireless Planet and they showed me how to diagnose my battery issues and then how to present the evidence to Apple to force their hand to fix my issue. I came in to replace the screen on my iphone 5. An older man helped me. Told me it would take some time i drive around came back. N told me he was having trouble putting on the screen. (But he told me after he had finished!) If he couldn't do the job why take it? When i received my phone the brightness was just off. Almost blue. My screen was not the same anymore. But it was fixed so whatever went home 3 days later i tried putting on a case and my screen CRACKED. So cheap and to top it Off the sensor by the front facing camera doesnt go off whe im making phone calls so now i mute it on accident click on people. So horrible very bad experience. read more

Hi all, I don't want to bore you with a long story, so here is the bottom line. I have an Android phone that I dropped and shattered the screen so badly that though the phone would ring, receive texts I couldn't access anything including shutting off the alarm that goes off at 5 am! A broken phone is not a big deal however I had a major City Event I was running that weekend called Sea Fair and all of my contacts ,emails, etc are on that phone! Great timing! Back-up didn't work, new phone not available for 2 days! OMG what to do?? Enter Wireless Planet and Chris Olson, The Tech God who pulled a real miracle and was able to transfer all of my info to my older phone while also clearing all data from the broken phone I had to return for a new one. They did a great job and went the extra mile when I brought in back a few days later when my microphone unknowingly wasn't working and they fixed that as well! This place sucks. The only reason I gave it even one star, though I don't think they deserve it, was because of Chris' SLIGHT patience. I brought my phone, which was WORKING, might I add, when I dropped it off to them, to replace the screen that had a small crack but I had just gotten it so I wanted it to look and function like normal. Drop it off to them and they quote me 4 hours it would take to repair it. Apparently there were other phones in the queue before me, even though the place was deserted and the repair people were just sitting around. Get a call 4 hours later and the screen they put on isn't working, the phone works but the screen is black. Frustrated I went back to pick up a shitty replacement phone until they could get in the brand new part they ordered for me, which they said would come in the next day. oh, did I mention that they put my old screen back on and the screen STILL came up blank? Obviously an error on their side, because it was working when I dropped it off to them, perfectly might I add, just the crack in the screen. Call them at the time Chris said the part would be in, noon, and no part, waiting on the UPS guy or whoever. Guy that answers the phone has the worst attitude imaginable for customer service, an area that Ive worked in for 10 plus years, cuts me off when I'm talking and just generally a dick. Finally I get to talk to Chris as Im telling him he told me noon, etc etc, then the part comes in. Tells me give him another 45 min to an hour and call him back. Go back after a few hours, and he was unable to get my phone's screen to turn back on. Said that when he opened it up a receptor must have broken, that he's seen it happen to iPhone's but never a Droid, which was what I have. Tells me he can put the new screen on for a whopping $75 so I can return it to my company and get a new one. That's why I brought my phone to you incompetent people, so the SCREEN could be replaced, not the WHOLE damn phone. And basically that's it, they broke my phone and "we can't do anything for you" was the ending statement. Never, ever, ever go here. Don't refer anyone to them. You're better off going to your carrier, or the internet, or just duct taping it yourself. That's what I should've done. read more

My phone was damaged from exposure to salt water, and the WP folks helped me get everything back. They couldn't make any guarantees, but they did a great job of trying anything/everything to help me out...and they found a solution through skill and persistence. These guys are the biggest crooks in town. Very dishonest. I bought a used Iphone 6 plus for my mom for Christmas. They said the phone was fully furbished and worked perfectly. They gave me 90 days warranty. The phone never worked. I brought it back they next day. When I brought it back, they said that I damaged it. They accused me instead. Then they said they would try to repair it but never did. When I asked for an exchange, they said no exchange or refund policy. Please be carefull. I just put a claim with small claims court against them to recover my money. read more

I reached out to these it's on the reco from the ATT store. I needed to get my son a new phone so I was trying to unlock my old phone. When I arrived the guy who helped me recommended that I buy a phone since unlocking would be too expensive. I mentioned that I needed a phone mainly for texting and calling but that I wanted to install a fitness app. It was never meant to be used a normal smart phone which is why I went with an older model. He recommended an iPhone 5 as the most economic option. When we got home we found that we couldn't install any app. I let them know the next day and asked if there was another option. knowing what the problem was and that we would not be able to install the app we needed, they recommended an iPhone 6s which although overpriced I agreed to buy it. They said it needed repairs and to return later. Turns out they were unable to repair it. When I asked for a refund for the original phone they said they would ask the owner and let me know the next day. I received no phone call following up, I had to call only to find out that they will only give me store credit which I can't do anything with since the only options are too expensive for us. So now I'm left with a phone that doesn't fully work. I can't believe that despite notifying them right away about the problem they would be ok as a business too leave a customer with a product that doesn't work. Shame on you for not working with me despite the fact that I exhausted all options with you to keep the business there and no sympathy or understanding was given to me considering the circumstances. It's sad that you would take someone's money for a bad product that you sold. read more

Their customer service was very good and when I noticed my reception was off after replacing the glass they fixed it up right away, no questions asked. If you need a screen repair I highly recommend this place! Chris did a great job fixing my phone! There was a lot wrong with it, and Chris made sure that everything was working before I left. For what the damage was, I paid a very reasonable price! I paid $108 for my iPhone 6 with damages going beyond just a broken screen. That is including the $10 glass screen protector deal that I got with the service. Usually they charge $25 but they gave me $15 off with the service! With all the problems I had with my phone, Chris got it done quick and efficiently! I think for a normal screen repair they charge $68 for an iphone6. What a deal! I hope I won't have to return with another broken screen, but if I do, I know where to go! If anyone needs any kind of phone or computer repair, go to them! You won't be disappointed! I dropped my phone and my battery died a week after getting my screen fixed. Chris, again was so helpful and fixed my phone. He once again did an amazing job!
