I'm her son and since I was not able to reach her I went to her home. The line connections (she uses a land line) were OK. Tech support was unable to reconnect so the soonest they could get a tech out was "Saturday". On a follow up call we found that they scheduled the service call for Saturday Jan. 3. That is not what I heard. Astound is leaving a 95 year old woman with cognitive issues without communication for 10 days. Not acceptable under any circumstances or law.
