If that occurs, I will post my email and you can contact me directly for feedback. I commissioned Artistic Sound to install Wifi, Sonos sound systems, and mount TV's. Their sales person quoted me $10K and two days to install. They wound up having to come back at least four times in addition to the original two days to complete work and correct issues hey caused. In addition I had to pay for my security firm to come out and fix issues they caused. My security system was down for two days due to Artistic's mistakes. I also had to have Comcast come out three times to correct wiring issues they caused. Artistic claimed the issues were with the Comcast service, but it worked prior to Artistic's work, it broke after Artistic did their wiring, and it was corrected when I paid Comcast to come out and fix it. The Wifi they installed did not work and had to be relocated to my basement, which is not the ideal location. The original quote for Sonos did not cover all the rooms required due to the sales guy assuming I had volume controls in every room. I had to pay an extra $1000 for more Sonos units. The installers are very nice guys and try their best, but unfortunately their best is not good enough and I had to pay other firms to correct their mistakes. The owner Larry is a good guy and I wish I had worked with him the entire time. Unfortunately I only connected with him after things had gone wrong and the best he could do was give me a discount on the labor cost. Definitely be careful before you engage in any work of this scale with this firm. Be sure you deal directly with the owner and negotiate penalties for missed dates into the statement of work.

Since they only care about the money, and not customer servive they said they were capable of doing the job. What they did was a home automation mess. They send their guys out to complete jobs while they go on vacation and they guys have no direction or blueprints to follow. They failed to fully install wiring per plans, leave wires out for future speaker installation, and they didn't lable any of the wires. They are acustom to do their own type of installation which is basic, but anything that requires uniqueness or customization, they don't have a clue. All they care about is selling their audio equipment which is overly overpriced (Sonos). After the project manager came back from vacation and learned about the issues at hand, he said that he would have to charge us to fix the issues (really)!? We were left with an incomplete job that should have never been a problem (everything was open plans). So, if you are contemplating on going with this company, do yourself a favor and keep doing research on other contarctors. We were limited because of deadlines that my builder had to keep so we didn't have many options. But if you have the option, walk away (RUN)! They are scammers that claim they know how to do when they don't have a clue. They have been around for over 30 years and where are their positive feedback reviews?

The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

0 stars! Do NOT use this electrician! He is rude and dismissive but charges an inordinate amount…read morewithout producing quality. Bob and company (I.e., his receptionist) are the absolute rudest contracting org we have ever encountered. We scheduled a service call with Bob for 3 services: 1) to repair a chandelier lift, 2) to install a new chandelier and 3) to install a ceiling fan in place of ceiling light. He came in with an attitude like he did not want to do the job. My husband had been in touch with the manufacturer of the lift and had ordered the replacement part myself. When he tried to explain the background on the lift motherboard, Bob was uninterested and rushed me through the instructions. However, he did not waste any time warning us that he would be charging extra for any trouble-shooting. In the end, he did not hook up the motherboard correctly. We had to have another electrician come to fix his errors. Given his attitude, we did not ask him to complete the chandelier. It was large and complex - so clearly he wanted nothing to do with it. The ceiling fan was a simple change because we already had a ceiling fan guard. This was the only thing he completed. To top it off, when my husband called to let his office know he charged us for doing the job incorrectly (request a partial refund), Tracey began screaming at him, blaming him saying we messed with the motherboard! My husband was patient, spoke calmly, and tried to explain why we should not be charged for the bad job (note we were willing to pay the service fee and work for the fan), she hung up on him! If you expect to pay for a service that is correct, complete and done with respect, Bob from Lehigh Valley Electric is not your electrician.
