So I am writing a review on the service and behavior of this facility. I took my vehicle in to get…read moresome restorative work completed to it. I was told in order to do so I had to take a tour of their facility. I had no problem doing that cause it would allow me to ask them questions can you work on my type of vehicle and are you able to do it without any issues. I was told to keep silent about the horrible service I had received because of a refund they had given me. I was like ok and thought this would be the end of it. No their owner took it upon himself to tell shops that RENT from property from him to not allow me to conduct business with them or any shop that he rents to. Which I then called the Comal Co Sherifs dept who told me he had no authority to ban me from business who rent from him. As I am a customer. I think if you have an issue and want to be this petty contact me tell me. So If your going to be this petty then I am going to tell every classic car person and event I go to AVOID this shop. 1) They charged me over and over to remove parts multiple times because they didnt buy the part. 2) I was charged for talking to mechanic on progress of vehicle. 3) Mechanic didn't know how to work on my car and should have from beginning said we don't know how to do this. 4) They damaged paint and tried to blame shop that had originally done restoration years before them. 5) Parts were installed incorrectly. 6) Used chat forums to get help on how to work on my car. Which normally is other people like me on those sites not actual mechanics. 7) Told me they didnt want to work on my car anymore after they had done enough damage to it. Take it somewhere else. 8) Picked up my car to see it dirty inside and out with scratches and marks to paint as people were touching on car who shouldn't have been. It had no gas when gas was put in, it was old and no good. I think so many other places are better and well equipped to work on classic cars outside of this place. They are only good for routine oil changes and minor maintenance of a vehicle. I even notified Hagertys to avoid using this shop as well sending them pics and letters from a shop who fixed the car and had to undo all their mistakes. Next time tell your owner to mind his own business...

Having a European car in the Texas Hill Country can be a challenge when it comes to getting it…read moreserviced. When that car is 18 years old, the challenge is even greater. I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. I highly recommend them to you.

I was referred here by a friend and I am quite happy about it…read more My Ollady was in a drive thru and got hit on my front quarter panel by someone rushing through the parking lot, and I came here for some body work. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! The extra detailing and care they put into the job was amazing and I'll definitely use them again. Thanks so much y'all!!!!

I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a window tint installation, and within a day I noticed multiple issues. Several areas of the tint were already peeling, there were bubbles throughout the film, and there was hair and other debris trapped underneath the tint. This was not the quality of work I expected from a professional installer. Before leaving my car, I specifically explained that the rear hatch handle was brittle and demonstrated how to open it properly. When I picked up my vehicle, the handle had been broken. When I returned to discuss the damage and the failing tint, the owner refused to acknowledge either issue. Instead of addressing the poor workmanship or taking responsibility for the damaged handle, he offered only a refund if the tint was removed. After discussing it further, I was able to receive a refund while keeping the tint in place, but there was still no acknowledgment of the damage to my vehicle or the quality of the installation. I appreciate receiving my money back, but I would have preferred a professionally installed product and accountability for the damage done to my car. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with another vehicle.
