Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

The crew arrived just after 7am and completed a new roof on a two-story residence by the end of the day. Punch list items and clean up finished the following morning. Price was entirely reasonable and within $200 of the quote despite the crew uncovering some unexpected roof damage. This how a project should be performed. You're not gonna have surgery without a 2nd opinion, so don't let someone work on your house without one either. The gentleman, Steve, on the phone was personable and pleasant. Told me they could have Hunter out this morning. Same day service .... Impressive!!! I had told Steve the story they had told me about hail storm in June 2024, Hunter took the time before coming to do his homework to let me know it was actually July. He went up and I could hear him moving about the roof, he even brought down a remnant of a previous solar pool heater that was left up there when I had full solar put in. He let me know what I already knew, my roof is fine, has some years left in it and the door knocking company was blowin smoke for an insurance payday (my words not Hunter's). Hunter was an absolute joy to have around, my dog loved him, he's funny, has an awesome personality, is personable and direct about what he sees up there. Even told me he'd bring down pictures if he did see anything. The door knocker didn't show me squat. Gravity has thoroughly earned their 5-Star rating. I kept seeing the name Orange County Roofing over and over again with beaming reviews. I chose about 4 companies and Orange County Roofing is the only one that had a professional, prompt response. In fact they were out to determine the scope of work in about 30 minutes from my very first phone call, well before other companies even responded. Jeff and Andy were extremely professional, thorough and accessible. They answered all my questions, which I had a lot of! Dealing with contractors sometimes they pick and choose what they want to include in the scope of work, but Orange County Roofing made a list of all my requests and made sure I was happy with each and every one of them. I was amazed at the speed of completion. Jeff assured me they would send out a full team and have it done in a matter of days. In fact the roof have been entirely completed in 2 days had there not been a bit of rain in between, but hey, that's Orlando. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of work could not have been better. I have had a few neighbors come by and see the quality of work and beauty of the new shingles. I have absolutely no hesitance in recommending Orange County Roofing to my neighbors or anyone in need.

Orange county roofing was recommended to me by a former roofing company, now retired.. I was having…read moreconstruction done on my home, and the moving of some walls created several unforeseen roofing leaks.. Owner said he'd come out and take a look to see if it could be repaired or replaced.. He sent out a repair guy who said there was "absolutely no reason" to go with the company (who showed up at the same time) and gave a quote on a complete new roof.. he could fix the issue. Since we were in the middle of a remodel, time and money were issues and we decided to go with them and the repair even though a new roof wasn't going to cost that much more. Well, the fix didn't fix the problem and they've been out now a total of 3 times.. Andy the owner came out after call #2 and said that he wouldn't reshingle the roof, but instead put up a much more expensive modified roof on my home because of the pitch.. He was the only roofer to say this, and this is where my feelings towards the company turned sour.. Because if he would have come out to view the house, like he said he would, PRIOR to the repair, during inspection and said this, i could have saved the almost 2k i paid for the repair and instead only paid another 1.5k for a new roof!! He then, after the second leak, said he'd be out personally to completely the 3rd repair on it.. He didn't come out, the same guy who was fixing it originally did.. Nothing against the guy who completed the repairs, but its 2 stars, because had i have been told up front they wouldn't reshingle the roof, or not have been told this would absolutely fix the problem, i would have just went ahead with a new roof from a competing company.. I'm not sure if the repairs have actually taken this time.. but, after a complete remodel of the interior i'm left with a patchy looking roof and a worry every time it rains. Therefor, i can't in any good conscious recommend this company.
