Here's what I posted:…read more Hands You Demand was the fourth company that I contacted for an estimate to remodel a rental unit. Tee arrived on time and told me that he really wanted my business after reviewing what needed to be done. He promised me a proposal on Monday and got it to me Sunday night with a follow up call on Monday to answer any questions. Tee and HYD are the epitome of under promise and over deliver which is rare in their line of business. The project went seamlessly and Tee was always responsive to any questions I had. I can truly say it was delightful experience working with HYD and I will use them again. They also gave me a great price.

I highly recommend Hands You Demand for any and all contructions jobs, wheather small or large, they do great work everytime!

We recently renovated our kitchen with KDO Kitchens & Remodeling. We've done home renovations…read morebefore, and they're honestly the best contractor we've ever worked with. What really stood out was their efficiency. They finished the project much faster than we expected and kept everything moving smoothly while still delivering great quality. Dee and Koral also take real ownership of their work. They stand behind what they do and don't disappear after the project finishes, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They were always available, helped us with the design, product selection, and purchases, and made the whole process much easier. Their entire team is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The experience was smooth from start to finish. We're already planning a bathroom renovation and will definitely work with KDO again.

After our previous contractors did a horrible job on the shower in our bathroom remodel (and took a…read moremonth to complete the work), Sunny and his team came to the rescue. Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Sunny thought some of my floor tiling might get destroyed and might have to get replaced when his workers demolished the shower. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked almost non-stop until the end of the day. At the end of it all, the quality of work done by everyone on the team was top notch. They were able to make our vision a reality, and they did it at a pretty fair price. Anyone looking to avoid a contractor horror story with their remodel should call Perfect Remodeling.

Be careful if you hire. They upcharged us twice after work got started (once for $1000 and once for…read more$1400) for items that were addressed on the estimate. They were also the most expensive out of three companies considered. In response to Intown's reply: We did pay $600 more to fix the hidden trim work. We didn't feel it was right to pay an additional $1,000 for that and other items addressed in the estimate. As for changing the scope of the project, the recommended paint did not perform as described by Intown. We could not see our way clear to pay an additional $1,400 on a $14,000 job. We used to be one of those 1,400 satisfied customers. Sorry we could not work this out.

I was sitting at my kitchen table for dinner with my family when I felt a drop of water hit my…read moreshoulder. At first, I assumed it was one of my daughters transforming her dinner into a projectile, but it turned out to be something much more concerning--a leaking skylight. I called my friend that had recently told me how happy he was with some work he had done at his house on a water damaged bedroom. He recommended Intown Craftsman and I called them that very night. I received a response the next morning, a phone call from Russ Melton. He assured me a member of the team would arrive soon with an estimate and even invited me to call him personally if I didn't hear from the team soon. There was no need, I received an email and a call later that day. Russ showed up the next day and provided an estimate for the project. While I had him there, I showed him some other issues with the house that had been on my "to-fix list" and he provided an estimate for those projects as well. The cost was exactly what I expected, and I gave him the go ahead to schedule workers ASAP. They came within a few days, even though it was all happening around the Thanksgiving holiday. Jose and another roofer (sorry, I didn't catch his name) showed up early for the appointment but waited out front until the appointed time. They were courteous, kind (even to my very excited dog), and had the problem fixed in no time. They even installed additional flashing to the second skylight (which hadn't yet started leaking) just as a precaution, free of charge. The office staff were just as kind and professional as the roofers. I worked with Deb Burris who helped me with billing and scheduling. The interface for billing was simple, the contracts and estimates were clear and easy to understand, and she was very knowledgeable and responsive over texts, emails and calls. I will certainly be calling them again soon for those other household projects. I recommend using them if you have any home improvement or repair needs.

Again, the hiccups were minor, but he was open to recommendations and negotiating costs, and the job was completed promptly. The vendor acknowledged issues that may have occurred as a result of his team (again these were minor), and on our end, my being out of town unexpectedly prevented me from stepping in to prevent the minor issues timely. I would say to have grace, with the understanding the business is new. Review all contract items in detail, and verify materials using samples before the contractor starts work. The end product I would rate as a 5, the team did an excellent job with the exterior painting.
