DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Been one of the WROST experience we have ever gone through! Ordered our building on 08-21-20 and still dealing with this company! Was told it would be here in 8 weeks, had barn for my animals tote down and ground leveled ready for new barn. Called the day before it was supposed to be here, was told it would be another 5 weeks. When they finally arrived had to take down fence because their team couldn't back down to where the barn was going only for them to tell me it was t leveled. ( had someone with laser lever do the work, which was fine) explained to them I had to have barn up that day because my animals had already been three weeks with our shelter and now I had a fence down. Called and talked to customer service ( I will use that term very loosely). Was told that it wasn't leveled and that they had other jobs to do, told them the company was right down the road and they could bring laser over and show them. While I was on the phone, the installers left, left my rescue animals without a barn and fence down. Was told by a manager they would be back after they completed other job. Called back that afternoon was told as soon as they could get back would be 3 weeks, so my animals were without shelter for another 3 weeks. Has company that leveled area come back out, laser showed level. Different installers showed up 3 weeks later, didn't have enough product, didn't get finished until 10:30 , told me my balance was $7,333.00, said NOTHING about a up charge . Noticed damaged panels and told him I wasn't paying until I could see everything in the light. Called the next day told them about 3 damaged panels , said that someone would call me to schedule to come out. 4 1/2 later got a nasty call from collections wanting payment. Explained that I wasn't paying until issues were taking care of! Warranty person called, had to reschedule dr appointment only for them to cancel the evening he was supposed to be there, second time rescheduled due to weather. When he finally came back out , had previous invoice at my office and couldn't remember total , gave me a invoice for $8000, which I paid . Called on Monday, informed them I had over paid and needed refund, after waiting for over a month received check for half the amount of the difference stating there was a up charge. The people of this company DO NOT communicate well, do not do what they say when they say they are going to and I am waiting on the next rain because I'm pretty sure the building is leaking.
