After the delivery, I went in to follow up, and suddenly the story changed. Andrea told me the only way to get the extra discount was by using a specific Pro Account credit card. She pointed to a brochure with both a PRO account card and a credit card, and said, "This is the card you need--the discount will come next time." At first, I assumed she meant the same PRO account I already had. I started filling out the application, but as someone else rushed me through the form, I realized I was being signed up for a credit card, not a different kind of PRO account. I never agreed to that. Andrea had already walked away by then, and it became clear there was never going to be a credit back on my original order. The deal I was promised on the phone was gone, replaced with "nothing we can do--but here's a credit card you can apply for to maybe save next time." I came in expecting to redeem a promised discount. Instead, I got misleading information, pressure to open a credit card, and no resolution.
