But over the last couple of years not only has this store and its content deteriorated but the service has been intolerable everytime I step inside there. Most recent visit I was looking for a few final Christmas knick knacks. Walked in, no staff in site. I wanted to ask about an item I was looking for and finally found all 3 staff in one of the rows chatting away. I didn't bother them nor did they look like they were into helping anyone so went and found a few items on my own. Went to the front desk to purchase. Nothing. After a few minutes someone finally came to the till, completely ignoring me standing there and helped someone else. Rude. Finally I get to give them my money. She asks if I want a bag, yes I have multiple items of course I do. She rings it up and doesn't give me a bag. "I heard you say no" No, you didn't because I didn't say that. So now she wants me to do another transaction to pay 40 cents for a bag. No. Terrible customer service, I would rather walk home holding each individual item than ever give this terrible store another penny of mine.

Mini-wired mouse are so oldschool but my old one broke (long time ago). So I am looking for a replacement. Those things are not easy to find. Nope unfortunately Miniso doesn't carry them. Too bad for me. Well the store itself is neatly organized and well stocked. Very clean and bright. Very decent store.

There is large selection of clothing, home decor, dry food items, pet supplies and seasonal items. The prices are average. There are some deals if you know your brands well. Covid precautions are in effect. There are hand sanitizers and face masks available at the entrance of the store. There usually is a very short line up to get into the store.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service…read more Purchased a coat 3 weeks ago (to the day), had lost the receipt but gave them my information when purchased so figured it wouldn't be an issue. When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.

When I first laid eyes on it, wasn't loving the whole denim thing. I was most concerned about…read morefraying but they said it was covered 1 year free repair and shipping to and from was free. After one year they can get a quote if I want it repaired on my dime. Fair enough. Other thing is the denim fabric would probably darken from dirt and grime Vs just the leather. But nothing is supposed to last forever I guess. What I did like is it fits everything (bus pass library and health benefit card) and on the other side my work key card, elevator key card. And one more spot if I want to add government ID to it. And I had not wanted a zippered item. But that wasn't an option for the colors I was only willing to buy. The zipper area probably won't work for me as it's so hard to get the opening open due to the stiff thick work and elevator key cards. But I mean I could tuck a key or two or maybe some money in there like for emergency not every day use Overall. For the price. It's practical and slim. My only wish is I wished it came with a keychain hoop. But the ones offering that were 1cm thick style and I wanted flat and slim. The girl at METROTOWN was super helpful. Even ran around looking for a keychain in a specific color for me. Highly recommend this location.

I would say the store has a good layout with sale items mostly at the front. The staff is divided 50/50. Half of the staff are great to interact with, however the other half will give you a really hard time. It could be due to a language barrier with some of the staff. The location is never crowded and there are a few seating areas which is nice. Buying and exchanging items is not a hassle but they require signing the customer into their program which can be inconvenient if the sales associate ringing you up is not well versed in English. I went here two times and I had bad experience initially and one good experience the second time. Don't hate the store, if you have a bad time it might be due to the staff.
