My 11-year-old boy purchased a pair of Crocs from Little Burgundy. Shortly after he bought them the…read morebutton that holds the strap on the right shoe broke off. We went back and asked if that is covered under warranty. The salesperson said that we could exchange them, but it could not be done that day because the store computer was not functioning. So we returned to the store the next week, but there was a different salesperson there who told us that the shoes can not be exchanged (despite that the first salesperson said that they could be). When I asked what can be done the salesperson said to phone Customer Service. I phoned a number of times but only got a recording. I tried to contact them via a form on their website, and got a message saying they will respond within 48 hours. I got a response by email about two weeks later, asking me to send photos of the Crocs "from all angles". I sent photos and Customer Service sent back instructions to do an exchange by mail. It looked like we were finally getting somewhere (but we weren't). I sent the Crocs to them via Fedex, and we were supposed to receive replacement Crocs within four weeks. Four weeks passed with no sign of replacement Crocs and no communication, so I emailed to ask if the Crocs had been sent, and if there is a Fedex tracking number to tell where they are. No response. I emailed again after five weeks. No response. I phoned Customer Service several times, and eventually got an actual human on the line! I explained the problem and she looked into it. After a lot of questions and a lot of waiting on the phone she told me that someone forgot to send replacement Crocs. She asked if I would like a refund instead. I replied, "If that will be quicker, then yes". She said she would contact the store we got the Crocs from and arrange a refund that we can go pick up. I don't know why she couldn't just refund my card instead of having me waste the time and gas to go back to the store again. We went to the store and they actually gave us the refund (and that was the only part of this ordeal that actually went right). Unfortunately, there is no refund for the gas I used for multiple trips to the store, or for all the time I spent trying to communicate with them. After two and a half months I finally got the kid's money back, so we just left the store and will never deal with Little Burgundy again.

She needs a walker and help changing. We were loaded with clothes to try on and was prepared to spend a bucketload of $$$. Got to the change rooms and the doors were not even wide enough to let a walker through, the rooms themselves were so small we could not even shut the door for me to help her - no room for me. The stool they had for sitting on was too low, she could not get up on her own when normally she could. Out of curiosity I explored it one day and found it has a dual personality. There is no doubt that the senior citizen can find their stand by faves in here. There is also a decent selection of French Dressing jeans, and other name brands that suit those of us who worry a bit about wearing sleeveless, but aren't ready for polyester elastic waistbands. There are some really nice dress blouses, pants and up scale jackets for business to cocktail purposes. The service from the ladies who work there is exceptional and they know fit, and make actual recommendations and help you get a nice look... how rare is that?!?!
