Carrying a variety of designer clothing, shoes and accessories, there were some loyal clientele who seemed excited about the sale. Geared for the mature corporate professional woman or wives of professionals, the owner who was kind enough to be interviewed, told me she prides her shop for being able to assist her client with creating a complete ensemble for any occasion. It's a little boutique in Grandview Corners. They carry brands I've never seen before so if you are into boutique and unique clothes, I think this is the place for you. They had denim, shirts, sweaters,scarves and dresses. Not too much inventory but enough stuff to browse through. They also had accessories ranging from bracelets, necklaces to earrings. They were pretty cute and trendy. As for the service, it was nice enough. I don't really like getting hassled by the service associate so it was great. My sister tried on few dresses and decided on a cute black dress. I like the idea of supporting independent businesses so I will be checking this place out again if I need something. I'd given up looking for that "perfect fit" years ago, but my mom spontaneously brought me to Forever Yours last week and the staff immediately made me feel welcome and secure. Erika, who helped with all my fittings, was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options to go through, and I never felt rushed during the process. Erika took the time to point out and explain what a properly-fitting bra should look and feel like. Plus, they understood my style right away! I left with a much-needed confidence boost and two bras that I was actually excited to wear. As advised, I wore the new bras at home for a few hours each to ensure everything was all good. One of them ended up being too tight, so I went back to exchange it. Back to the fitting room! Again, Erika was there to help me out -- in a genuine, unhurried manner. From all the staff, you really feel taken care of. I cannot stress enough how important and valuable that is. This is the kind of bra store I wish I knew existed in my early teen years. They make it sound like they're giving you an awesome deal, asking for payment in advance in cash. The alterations were done so poorly, with the dress top still not fitting properly, the hem being uneven with frayed edges and loose threads showing. We asked for some of the defects to be fixed and they agreed. When we came in the second time the dress was incrementally better. The excuse this time was that the style of dress couldn't be altered the way it needed to. Why didn't they explain that in the first place? If they have professional seamstresses, shouldn't they have known that before hand? They tried to convince us the alterations were good, their attitude was pretty care-less. Too bad we had to pay ahead of time. I'm super disappointed for my mom as she spent over $400 on this dress and decided not to wear it because it didn't fit her properly. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service…read more Purchased a coat 3 weeks ago (to the day), had lost the receipt but gave them my information when purchased so figured it wouldn't be an issue. When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.
