The Home 2 suite market stuff is also fully stocked! It's really neat and organized. And as an OCD person, I totally appreciate this! The room. Due to our family number, we always option in for the suite. 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, a small kitchenette. The stock the kitchen with dish soap, sponge and trash bag. Above average in pricing and there was no special event in the city. Probably wouldn't stay here for personal travel.

In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced this level of care. Samantha wasn't just doing her job--she showed genuine compassion in a moment I truly needed it. In this case, at about 15 minutes to the closing time, I was grabbing a plate of bacon to take up to the room for my daughter, and took the last of the bacon. I mentioned to the breakfast room attendant that Katie hadn't seen bacon at any of our previous hotels on this trip, so I was sure she'd be thrilled with it. I then mentioned I'd be back down to get my breakfast in a moment. She checked the bacon, saw it was out, and asked if I'd like some. When I got back down to the breakfast room about 5 minutes later, she told me fresh bacon would be out in a couple minutes. It actually was ready right about the same time as my waffle, so perfect timing! Many of the breakfast rooms also slam their doors shut immediately at the closing time, even if the area is still busy. There were a couple of people in the area at closing time, but she left the doors open a bit later than the scheduled close. That kind of help to vacationing families is very much appreciated! Vibe - Easy going and super friendly staff. No complaints. Reality vs. Online - Pictures that I saw on their website and online matched the quality and condition of the hotel and rooms in-person. No surprises. Price & Final Verdict - The price was right and the area was easy to find and get to. We were able to make this hotel our home base and then set off each day to explore the surrounding areas with minimal difficulty getting back. We were satisfied with our stay. After weeks of trying to get a call back was told they would give us a 10% credit for our hassles. This was our first stop of weeklong vacation so had to add in laundry mat to clean all our clothes to make sure nothing left the hotel. Found a total of 14 roaches in the room. Since sites are independent was told by Corporate that they could suggest to the site a resolve but the site manager just stop responding after the discount offer. Being full capacity is more important than safety of guest.
