The staff was friendly but after I picked up my car I found out they drilled holes in my bumper instead of admitting they order the wrong sensors .. then upon further inspection the work they did on the front of the car is messed up and still dented .. Winners Circle Kustom Autobody! Yupp...it just doesn't get any better then this everybody. I brought my Porsche Boxster [a.k.a] my precious baby to these guys for autobody repair. Now mind you, most autobody places are like...? well? their like you get the car when ya' get the car and deal with it...its a cold feeling and a scary one too. But, I've gotta say... I really didn't want to be treated that way...least of all have my car left and done up that way either. But Victor the main guy ...just treated us like family, asured us of all the repairs and got knocked out in a "WEEK"! Then ...we ran into some insurance issues and we were held up on the hook. But i again...i gotta tell you all what, Victor step up like a big brother and just took care of it with our insurance poeple and got us back on the road a few days later. Not only that, but their workmanship was show room quailty. And believe it or not...I saw my baby [my porsche] smiling at me and thanking me for putting her in their hands. I cannot say enough good stuff about this place! After hitting the whole front of my car on a pole in my apartment complex, I had to make a claim. My insurance sent me a few names. The main reason I chose this place is because they agreed to order my parts ahead of time-based on the estimate progressive took. Since I dont have rental insurance, I was happy to hear this, since no other shop would order parts ahead. I dropped my car off on tuesday and picked it up the same week on friday @ 11am. This was the fastest any auto body shop has ever fixed my car! They did an amazing job, you cant even tell I hit a pole. I will definitely go back to them again if ever needed! The Winners Circle crew were awesome I couldn't be happier with their work and customer service experience! I had some auto body work done because of an accident where some one backed into me. I needed portions of my front end replaced. I was told that they would be finished by Friday, and sure enough they were done by Friday! They did an incredible job with the finish, and also gave me some of the factory touch up paint in case I wanted to use it to fill in some of the places where paint had been scratched. So let me start by saying I HATE working with auto body repair shops and mechanics for the same reasons as everyone else... You always feel like you're getting hustled or taken advantage of, whether you are good with cars or not. This place is NOT AT ALL like that! Winners Circle is the first honest mechanic/body shop I've ever worked with- ever - even before I moved to Vegas. I have a car that I wouldn't trust with just any shop. I spoke with 4 shops for the repair. 3 were trying to take advantage of the situation. 1 was an honest shop that went WAY beyond the call of duty and the price was beyond fair- this one. Both the owner and manager handled the situation like I was family. And I saw them work with everyone else in the same way. I'm still amazed at how I was treated. The guys working in the shop are also collaborative and were a pleasure to work with. No one was too rushed or too important to answer any questions. I sat in the lobby for about 20 minutes one day because they were so busy. I chatted with some other customers and they all said the same thing- this place is the only shop they trust. I am so pleased with their service that I'd be happy to share my experience with you if you send me a message. They were that good. I have no affiliation with anyone at the shop. We're not golfing buddies, family, neighbors, or anything like that. Took my truck to get a few suspension parts and fender repaired. They had the truck out in and out very fast and the work was great. It's a smaller shop but they actually care about the customer. I had no problem with the paint or body work and suspension was perfect after the repairs. I was thinking of getting my windshield replaced also but I found they have a glass guy they call to replace it and I didn't end up wanting to wait for just a few light scratches. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic or auto body shop, don't go here. Long story short, my wife got hit, she went through the at fault driver's insurance, they gave her a shop, and she only took it in for any engine damages due to the accident. Because she accepted their offer for damages to the back bumper and panel. I go with her to drop the vehicle off, Carlos comes out to inspect the vehicle, and he makes an "X" next to back damage. My wife said she wasn't there for that and was solely there for the engine. She specifically asked if they check them. Carlos said yes. My wife goes inside to give them keys and we leave in our rental. My wife receives a call the next day from Winners Circle Kustom Autobody. They informed her of the damages they fixed, which was her back bumper and left panel. When she responded saying she was only there for the engine and why did they worked on it? Carlos then asked my wife why we didn't tell them not to work on the back of her car. Even though, she literally did. She specified what she was and wasn't there for. I was standing right there for it all. Progressive called and was extremely apologetic. The insurance person, Erin, told us that they left detailed instructions for the vehicle and that Winners Circle Kustom Autobody messed up. Erin also told us that not only is the work going to be done for free, due to negligence on the auto shop's end, but we will still be receiving the check they offered my wife for those damages. read more

Our Lexus was a victim of a hit and run. Oh well, that's why we have insurance. We contacted our insurance company and they recommended Winners Circle. We called them and brought the Lexus to their facility. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, informative and ready to help. Jose was great to talk to. They worked directly with our insurer and everything was taken care of. The car looked amazing. As we were driving it throughout the week, the gas gauge did not seem to move. Next thing we were on the side of the road with an empty tank. Road service go us going and we took the car back to Winners Circle. Jose explained that possibly the impact of the hit and run damaged the fuel sensor. The insurance company reopened the claim and Winners Circle staff did the rest. My car was sideswiped in a parking lot and had a large dent/scratch on both the front and rear driver side door. The bid process was relatively quick and easy. I can say their bid was significantly slower than the other bodyshop I had bid on the work. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit shortly after the bid process. They called and asked if I wanted to get my car repaired. At first I said no then we worked it out and they did the repairs while in quarantine. I got the car back and it looks great. Cannot see the damage and the color match looks great. I can honestly say the car looks better than before it was sideswiped. They won't listen to you when you drop the vehicle off, and when you point out a mistake they made, they will lie and say they called and were given permission for what they did by you. Had to go there for a State Farm Claim. Jose was super great the company's State Farm rep.... but the rest was downhill. I took the car in Hose gave me an estimate.. I looked around the. At saw some thing he didn't note on claim I took it back and Jose wasn't there so Carlos "evaluates" my damaged. He proceeeded to pull out the side panel of me vehicle inflicting further damage and was geteally a jerk. Long story short I got it fixed and the first Hong j hey I'd the car cleaner saying "your car is junky.. I had to clean it allot". Winners circle by far exceeded my expectations. I was having minor trouble with my vehicle after the repairs were done and they encouraged me to bring it in so they could take a look. Not only did they take their time to find the problem but they fixed everything fast and free of charge. As soon as they knew it would take longer to fix they put me in a rental so I was able to pick up my daughters from school on time and also had it fixed by that afternoon. We took our 2005 Durango that needed lots of help paint etc. and they did suck a super job that we have since picked one up and dropped off another. There are no working on our 3rd car. If giving zero stars was an option I absolutely would! The people here are awful and can not accept when they have done a terrible job. After an accident our insurance sent our truck over to this place and after receiving it the job was sloppy and not of quality or knowledgeable people. We had to go back twice to this location to have them fix their errors and the second time ended even worse with the manager saying he didn't want us to come back! How very upsetting that as an owner you will not see how awful your work is and instead get mad at the client, people pay for their cars and work hard for these people to take someone else property and damage it further with no remorse shows the evil people that work at this location. So sad, from the get go he was getting mad that we went back to have them see the sloppy job they did. The bumper was not an original ford item as they claimed it was after them going back on their word and saying they finally did order the right one! After them fixing it yet again more parts were damaged, don't trust them with your cars. Do not come here! They are extremely sloppy, unprofessional, and can't do their job or even know how to fix a car to quality standards. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
