I've been through 3 home daycares before just trying a real day care facility. We all hear horror stories of different places so I was nervous. Her first day I couldn't believe the amount of pictures and communication I got from Ms. Chrissy the director of TT. I expressed my concerns and she literally picked them apart one by one. They have a daily toddler report that comes home telling you how their day went and what they ate. This report only comes home until they're 2 1/2. It made me feel very comfortable and in the know of what was going on. They have a Facebook for the parents and they take great pics of your kid.I have so many saved. The activities they do is above and beyond. Polar express, pajama day, zoo animals come etc. the teachers and assistants are all nice my daughter has been in all of the classes this is her last year and I've never had an issue. If I did I would call the teacher directly they are all approachable and available. The education, diversity, loving atmosphere, cleanliness is all a parent looks for and this place is it!! So, I wasn't surprised when I found the quality of teaching, the support, the care, the individual attention and the general quality of the school outstanding. But my good impression about the school increased manifold when I saw the love that they give to all the children who attend the school. My daughter is very fortunate to begin her educational life with such an extraordinary school, having especially the Director Manjula W. and the excellent team of teachers to guide her on her path to success and excellence. Thank you Manjula W. and your team.

Worst place ever. Never trust your child here. Where should I start? It's dirty. Beyond…read moredirty. When dropping off my daughter, there were two "teachers" watching 40 kids who were not paying attention at all. I witnessed two boys get on a tricycle, pile 2 more boys on the back and slam into another tricycle filled with boys. Boys all fell off, thought it was hilarious and kept going. Not one "teacher" said anything. It was appalling. Funnily enough, another parent walked in to drop her daughter off and was asking about a bruise her daughter came home with. The"teacher" of course denied anything. The main Montessori teacher does not teach the Montessori method! I couldnt leave my daughter there since I couldnt trust hem so I watched quite a bit and he teaching is terrible. They fed my vegetarian daughter turkey at their thanksgiving feast and then had the audacity to tell me that I should've been there to watch her if it was so important. If I could be there, I wouldn't need child care for her. I can go on and on and have warned countless people about this place, filed a report with NYS. Just stay away.

The teachers are absolutely wonderful -- you can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how they care for the children every single day. My son has been there since the 2s separation class and is now in Pre‑K, and I couldn't be happier with his experience. My daughter is currently in the 2s class and will be continuing into the 3s because we trust this community so much. It's a lovely environment with a supportive staff, a real sense of community, and the best teachers. You won't regret choosing this school. Laura Romano

I can't say enough good things about St Marks Cooperative. This school is a hidden gem that I…read morewished I had found with my first born. Our first experience was in a parent and me class which met once a week. I felt welcomed by the teacher and the other parents. The children are introduced to circle time, snack time, turn taking etc. Parents are given an opportunity to socialize and talk with the teacher. It gave me a sense of community and allowed me to feel comfortable sharing concerns and parents an opportunity to learn from each other. It was a no brainer to have my son enrolled in the 3 year old class for the following year. My son is thriving in the class. I love that the class sizes are small, the teachers are certified and many have children who are alumni themselves. The directors are familiar with not only the children but the families. They help coordinate services and keep lines of communication open. I feel supported and know that my child is learning through play and hands on experiences. I love that this school is a cooperative as it gives a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to be involved in the classroom. This has allowed me to observe my son in social settings and allows me to get to know the teachers and fellow classmates. If you are considering a pre school for your child I can't recommend St Marks Cooperative enough. Your child will thrive and learn and grow which will ultimately help prepare them for kindergarten.
