They could not be bothered to stop what they were doing to answer any questions about a custom cake. They were not interested in even trying to deliver any level of customer service. They didn't even have any idea of the size of the ready-made cakes...(6 in? 8 in?...they had no idea). When this Publix first opened it was better but it's gone downhill.

It's a huge Publix gigantic areas all over the store. Everything super size of the layout is different than most "normal" Publix' but I like this one for some reason the ambience is exactly what you think it's Publix. The food is Publix food so you know it's good too although I don't like to use bio engineered food ingredients and all their bakery stuff now that's a little bit weird I didn't notice that until 2025 but I love Publix or pub subs or infamous their cakes or infamous and they got really great customer service. I absolutely love my neighborhood Sprouts! One of my favorite things is that there's almost never a…read morelong line, so I can always get in and out relatively quickly which I really appreciate. I was especially excited today because Lorraine was my cashier! When this Sprouts first opened, Lorraine was my cashier all the time, and I always enjoyed seeing her. I believe she received a promotion, so I don't get to see her on the floor as often anymore, but she still always recognizes me, greets me warmly, asks how I'm doing, and makes sure I don't need anything. It's just such a pleasant experience when you know the people who work there. And honestly, that's true of everyone at this location. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It really makes a difference when you can walk into your neighborhood store and feel like the people there genuinely care. Five stars all around! I'm so glad to have this Sprouts in the neighborhood.

This is cherry season and I love love Rainer Cherries from Washington State. We found some cherries to purchase and enjoy at home. The staff was helpful pointing us in the right direction for the fresh cherries. Definitely check them out for your fresh produce needs.
