Everything is fresh and delicious (which makes a difference when you're getting gluten-free baked goods which tend to go stale fast). When we were there, they had just taken Honey-white gluten-free loaves out of the oven and it made this gluten-sensitive girl cry, it was THAT GOOD! It was like REAL bread like I used to eat before the allergies happened! I was so excited, I bought an embarrassing amount of bread and lemon cake and took it to our reunion and no one knew it was gluten-free! Also, it's worth noting that if you have other allergies (dairy/nuts/etc.), the staff is knowledgeable and will steer you right to what you can eat. Seriously, if you are gf & dairy-free, this is where you want to go to get fresh bread products! We were directed here by someone at Breadroot (also an amazing place for those with special dietary needs), and we are so grateful.
