I ordered my wings very hot (didn't have it in me to attempt the hellfire challenge but maybe one day). They had a great kick and the greens and mac made for a very hearty meal. I only finished one of the 3 wings (these arent tiny BWW wings). The mac was super thick and cheesy and the greens had a good flavor too. My colleagues enjoyed their plates as well. I ordered the Classic sandwich and got a serving of the Ghost Pepper Sauce on the side. Since I was already at the restaurant, I also got an order of their Ghost Pepper Wings, comes with ranch sauce. The Classic is a great fried chicken sandwich, well sized filet, nicely breaded and cooked to a crunchy golden brown, on a proper bun, and on this sandwich the pickles were excellent. I applied a generous amount of the Ghost Pepper Sauce and quickly tried the sandwich. Frankly, the sauce was decent but far from a game changer. I don't think it improved the sandwich, not a step forward but a slide sideways with a slight tilt downward. I'll stick to the two signature sandwiches. Now to the wings- these are very good wings, with a nice, building heat level, tempered a bit by the excellent ranch sauce. All in all, a nice change from the typical wet sauce wings. It is melty and gooey and just a terrific treat! When I think Dubai bar and what a standard chocolate bar with pistachio crème ought to be, this is it. Inside of the store is still trashy though. But I'm happy to run in, buy a Dubai bar, and get out.
