Not sure why people give such bad reviews. We have been here many times and have had exceptional service and food every time. Today we had traditional wings, tenders and the Alll American burger. All were cooked perfectly! We also had the Top Shelf Long Island Iced Tea - you MUST try this!! Great lunch. Brittany was our server - she was GREAT!! Attentive and helpful - she is AWESOME! I have made a habit of going to BWW of the past two years for major sports watching (even some niche sports that I couldn't imagine finding until after it was recorded for TikTok or elsewhere). The service is excellent. I have to call out my favorite employee- Carlos. He's a great human and always brings fun and many smiles. The ambiance is great. I even like sitting on the bleacher seats on the side near the entrance for full game feels. The food is always good to me. Met up with a friend here to catch some March Madness Basketball games. Even though the place was half empty we had to wait for a table. I would imagine that it's because they are short on staff. Once seated we had views of the games from all angles which is what I like most about this sports bar. Our waiter Jesus was a real nice young kid who quickly got our drink order. Once we got our drinks we ordered some appetizers. These came out fairly quickly. My friend got some onion rings and nachos with queso. He was satisfied with both so I will have to take his word for it. I got the Zesty Asian Cauliflower Wings. These are bite size cauliflower that's is coated in batter and fried. It is topped with green onions, green and red jalapenos. It had a Zing to them but not a lingering Fire. They were perfect for munching on while watching the games. The atmosphere is very festive. They also have a bar towards the front corner. Our waiter had to leave but a lovely young lady with beautiful butterfly tattoos on her hand took care of us for the remainder of our stay. So much to say about Buffalo wild wings it's either a hit or a mess. The service is OK I guess depending on who's working that night in the kitchen and your food would be decent or OK nothing to brag about as far as the atmosphere. It's great to just sit down and have a couple of beers or just drinks in general and watch. The games definitely a must. I had a Caesar salad and a couple of other dishes the Caesar I had to send back because the whole lettuce was old and different colors but definitely not green smh. as far as cleanliness it's can definitely be better even on slow days they rush to wipe the tables down, and when I say white, I literally mean wipe, straws, hand wipe packets whatever falls on the chairs or the floor it's is left there tables are still sticky or even still dirty, cups have been dirty also. You can't beat the $10 lunch special of Chicken Fingers, Fries and a drink. The tenders were super crunchy on the outside and juicy and meaty on the inside. The fries were salt and peppered and nice and crisp. I would definitely order these again. Our server was fantastic. read more

After explaining it to her, another employee told her to just get the missing items. Then I noticed that they only put 1 ranch for 30 wings. I asked nicely for more ranch and she said "NO". I asked why and she said that I had to order it online and unfortunately for me online ordering was unavailable. I told her I would pay for the ranch, they were right behind her and she said "NO" again. I told her I was waiting for 2 hours + and she said no again. I asked another employee and he was kind enough to understand and just give me the ranch. All that hate for what? It cost 0 $ to be kind. It's a sports bar, so I try to be patient with the atmosphere, but it is really loud. If you're looking for a quiet date night, this definitely isn't it. That said, they do have good food. We had Carlos as a waiter and let me start off by saying he is amazing!! We had him before and he is so attentive and has a great personality for a waiter. I ordered the queso as an appetizer and the dip was fine but majority of the chips were chewy. I didn't even mention it because some of the chips were fine and my food came out fast. I had the Chicken sandwich with loaded fries. I was not impressed at all. The fries tasted like they microwaved the cheese and bacon on top and was actually stuck to the paper. Wings were very disappointing this last visit. Thin, scrawny and not up to the usual quality of a BWW. Also we ordered takeaway and they forgot the ranch and veggies. We called twice about this and no one cared. Customer service was poor and that is an understatement. The managers attitude was - if you come back we can give you ranch. No apology - no concern over lack of quality control or making sure orders are correct. We live 23 minutes away - so no, we were not willing to drive back. Firstly, you can place an order online for collection - great, but for one item which can take 30 minutes? Ok not the greatest thing. My family surprised me with an early birthday meal here again this year. We were seated fairly promptly since we had reservations made ahead for 16 people. The hostesses were very friendly. Our waitress was April. She has such a great personality and was attentive to see that drink orders were promptly served. Once everyone had decided on their food the orders were taken. The kitchen did have a few hiccups on the orders- April checked and she had placed them correctly- but the mistakes were corrected as quickly as could be done. I heard no complaints from anyone on our party on the taste or quality of food. I had the Hatch chile bacon cheeseburger. It was outstanding!!! The atmosphere was very loud, much louder than last year. It was a busy night, lots of people, and most had to about yell to carry on any kind of a conversation. I realize it's a bar, but that's my only complaint. No, I did not ask anyone to turn the numerous tvs down a little. As I said, I realize it is a bar atmosphere. Upon arrival, there are open tables everywhere, but many have finished plates of food sitting on the empty tables. I was told 30 minute wait, with open tables everywhere. When finally sat, the tables of dirty plates were still not bussed. it took 15 minutes before a waiter walked up to us and took our drink orders. After coming back with our drinks, we are told "they are out of wings". It was 7:00. How is Buffalo Wild WINGS out of wings? 45 minutes of horrible service, disgustingly cluttered tables as the ambiance, and to be told there are no wings is disgraceful. Not sure the reason for the negative reviews, I really enjoyed lunch at the newer Buffalo Wild Wings location. I wanted to customize my order a bit due to a medical diet restrictions and our waitress, B, was understanding and my food was exactly how I ordered. I appreciate the time she took to ensure that everything was correct as I had requested. It came out in a very timely fashion; I got the brisket tacos with fries. Everything was warm and fresh, including the pico de Gallo I got on the side. Fries were crispy and hot! Thanks to B for a great experience. This is a true sports bar atmosphere - there are LOTS of TVs and on the weekends and during football or basketball season it is very crowded and can be loud. Get there early (5:30ish) to beat the crowd. The 2 of us usually eat at the bar where they have a large selection of draft beer and a variety of good mixed drinks. The wings are great and the All American Cheeseburger is the best double burger ever and comes with awesome fries. Service is good and the bartenders are friendly and do the best they can when it's busy, so bring your patience. The bar atmosphere is friendly, with plenty of nice people. This is our favorite place to chill out with a beer, eat good food and watch sports. read more

First batch of wings weren't done, even asked for extra crispy (perhaps they got it backwards.) asked to sit in open area booth to watch the games since they had us backed under the TV's with all the viewing tables blocked. No problem... waited an hour and fifteen and was done with a few beers and appetizers before asking again since our game was coming on and was told again the same thing... 30 minutes for the next shift. We all have our experiences but we have been going to this same BWW for many years. Since moving to their new location we've always gotten great service from the staff and overall the food is above par with all the other BWW's I've ever been to. As for COVID safeguards my only concern was a lack of hand sanitizer near the bathrooms but other than that they were keeping patrons apart and all the staff wore masks. In addition they seem to have added precautions about bringing multiple orders out at once which didn't make our experience any less enjoyable. Although this is a chain restaurant my experience today was great! I have always been a big fan of Bdubs because of their carribean jerk sauce. No other wing sauce has ever compared to me. Our service tonight was great. Our waitress was sweet and when she wasn't sure what I meant with my drink order (deep eddy and soda) she made sure she got my drink order correct which I very much appreciate. We ordered chips and salsa to start (we came to watch football so staggered our food orders) The salsa is very good. I got the naked tenders with a side of ranch and carribean jerk sauce. I substituted the fries for the slaw. It did cost a dollar more but is fine... I was trying to be healthier. The slaw was shredded red cabbage, carrots and some sauce. It was fine but probably won't get again. My man got traditional wings with the same carribean sauce and our friend got the ranch Buffalo wrap with fries. She loved the fries! After many years of eating at BWW , this will have been my last visit . This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced. We were not greeted,was seated in very uncomfortable stools on a half table in the middle of the walk way . They have a new order at the table the 1hr 30min approx. time we were there the waiter visited twice it took 45 minutes to get two cocktails and by the time we got our food which was before the drinks , it was cold soggy and absolutely disgusting. We had got the ultimate appetizer and a chicken wrap for me and my wife to share it was date night and had a gift card . We wanted to have several drinks and just eat light . Everything on the plater was soggy and cold and nothing we ordered (customized ) was correct it was completely ignored and the chicken wrap was nasty they had completely drenched in sauce which was not a mild sauce it was so spicy you coughed and gagged . The drinks didn't have any alcohol in them and taste was subpar . We ended up waisting everything and didn't eat figured we had the gift card we would stop on the way home to get Something else to actually eat. We also had to pay on this mobile app and I put in the gift card and in gave the green approved notice and said what was left to charge to my debit card so I hit submit it immediately gave me the receipt and when I looked at it the gif card wasn't on there checked my account and they charged the full amount to my debit card . I immediately asked for the manager because only reason we went cause of the card and we didn't have the extra money to spend . Manager came over said he would look at it walked right back over and said it was already closed and nothing he could do about it which was a load of crap he could have issued a full refund or taken the gift card and gave my money back but chose not too . As we were walking out he went straight to waiter and called her out for crappy service as she yelled and defended herself . This completely ruined date night was forced to spend money that we didn't have all on food we didn't even eat because it was so horrible it was in edible. Worse experience ever today. We got a table just fine ordered and patiently waited. We had people next to our table order as well. Got half of the order first while our server Jenn just had the best talk and laughs while we had to wait for the other half of the order.
