Probably the best WingStop I've ever had in my life. I was skeptical to order carry out, but I just wanted to sit on my couch, watch some Stranger Things, and eat some wings. So I went for it. I ordered online, and after ordering it said it would be ready in 23-28 minutes. I left my house not too long after ordering since I live about 15 mins away, but I knew I'd be a little early and I didn't mind waiting if I needed to. There was a small wait, maybe 5 mins. Which would have made my order right on quote time. I got back in my car and did a double check in the bag, just to make sure everything was there since I have trust issues. Everything was accounted for, even the extra sauces I ordered. On my way home, I ate a fry or two. Who doesn't? Piping hot. *chefs kiss* I'm talking, fresh out the fryer. When I got into the wings once I was home, those were also piping hot. Even after the 15 min drive home, I swear these wings were steaming still. First off, know that this place is for best people that like actual buffalo wings, not filthy casuals that enjoy dipping chicken nuggets in sauces, or a place to watch the game while drinking a beer (although their beers are ridiculously cheap, around $1-2). I say this not to sound elitist, but to help you understand that unless you really like "buffalo" wings, you might be happier going to another chain that has other options for you or more sauce options. This is the place I would come pick up some great wings for a football game, not bring a date who once expressed that "sure, buffalo wings are okay". My wife was mostly indifferent towards the food, but that's because she's not the biggest fan of buffalo wings in general and mostly likes barbeque sauces on her wings. I think the biggest thing to take away from this review is that while the wings are outstanding, the sauces are very oily (likely due to the butter base, or at least I think the butter base) in comparison to Buffalo Wild Wings, where the sauces are much thicker and sometimes sticky. These wings are much closer to something you would make at home by whisking butter and Frank's Red Hot together, which is fantastic if you're looking for some great wings. I would rate this a much higher-quality place than BWW, but you may be unhappy with some of the sauces. *Chicken* The chicken itself was great quality, and had a fresh (but not gamey) taste that I really enjoyed. I always get my wings Extra Crispy, and I felt like Wingstop does a great job of making them crispy without overcooking them or drying them out, which is a common complaint of mine at other chicken wing joints. (5/5, great) *Sauces* I'm on the fence here about their sauces, mostly because I think most of them aren't great. However, their Hot Buffalo, which should be the cornerstone of any buffalo wing place, makes up for it. Like I mentioned in the beginning, go to BWW if you prefer non-traditional buffalo wing sauce, because I personally think the other sauce offerings are unimpressive. Hot Buffalo - Absolutely outstanding, to say the least. If you've ever had traditional, east-coast buffalo wings, these are pretty close to the mark. The buffalo sauce actually seems to have a butter base, so it's more oily and thinner than what you would get at BWW, but it's really good. It's spicy, but not melt-your-face spicy. I find these to be significantly less spicy than BWW's Hot Buffalo sauce. Mild - Super disappointing. Tasted more like butter (that once was told about the flavor of buffalo sauce) than anything else, and I barely got a buffalo flavor. You may like this if you think black pepper is too spicy, because it was kind of like dipping a wing in a dish of hot butter that had a single drop of Hot Buffalo mixed in. For most people, I really think it's a weak offering after tasting how good the Hot Buffalo is. Barbeque - Not bad, tastes kind of like a traditional backyard bbq sauce. My wife liked this one. Teriyaki - Meh. Not bad if you really love teriyaki, but just okay if you don't eat it much. Wasn't anything special, and I would order BBQ instead if you don't like buffalo sauce. Hawaiian - Both my wife and I thought it was awful. It's thicker, and almost jelly-like. Kind of sweet with a hint of smokiness, but cloying. Probably my least favorite next to the Mild. With hindsight, I will only ever order the Hot Buffalo again. Also, it's worth noting that the buffalo sauce tends to really stain your fingers red/orange, so it's probably not the best lunch if you work on the computer all day like I do. (4/5, because I really like their Hot Buffalo sauce, but not their other options) *Sides* The fries had good flavor, but I wouldn't order them again. They were soggy and not really anything special. Kind of like soggy versions of the Five Guys fries. The carrots and celery were fresh, and the ranch was outstanding, probably some of the best I've had at a fast food restaurant. The fountain beverage selection is kind of small, so I wouldn't mind seeing some interesting choices or home brew sodas to make it more fun. (3/5, just okay) *Final Notes* Overall, I love the hot wings here, but I wouldn't come back if the Hot Buffalo sauce wasn't as good as it is, so keep that in mind. This isn't really a kid-friendly place, as there aren't any kids meals and you can't get a meal here for under $6-7 (except maybe on Mondays and Tuesdays, they have a promotion for boneless wings). Our 5 year old ate a chicken strip with teriyaki, but didn't really care for it. Also, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food, but we were told about the wait beforehand. The food tasted fresh, so I wasn't too concerned about it. Their to-go service is good, so I would advise ordering ahead and taking the wings home to enjoy in front of the TV. read more

First and last time there. 1st when all you do is wings you better have some damn good wing but I was so sad to find out I should have just got wings from pizza Hut those are just as good if not better. Problem 1# way way over priced I paid 12 bucks for a drink and 8 wings and some nasty frys. If your wings are over a dollar a wing they better be big, and perfect. Mine were medium and quite dry and over cooked. Problem 2# the wait I waited 20 mins to get my order to go this place has 6 tables of people that mostly had their food already so I'm not sure why it took so long but it did. For a to go order of wing there were no napkins in my bag. Wings are messy perhaps have some napkins. Problem 3# the wings sucked they were over priced over cooked, dry, and the sauce was mediocre. I got the original hot and garlic parm. The original hot tasted like Frank's wing sauce which is good but not what I expected for an over priced wing place. The garlic parm was was just a ton of parm dumped on fried wings with garlic flavoring. The wings were petrified on the thinner parts and dry all around. Problem 4# I asked for recommend and they guy just stated saying well people like this one and that one and this one and that one. By the time he was done he recommended the 7 out of 10 of the flavors so not much help. The only pro is they have beer but I'm guessing it's cans that are over priced as well. The employees need to know how to give good customer service. My bf sat in the restaurant for an hour waiting for for our food. He stood to the side of the registers waiting for his name or order to be called out. By the time he received the order, after asking if it was ready yet, the food was cold due to them having it done, just sitting there a not letting him know it was ready. Terrible experience. Will not go there, and do not recommend you do either. We ordered for delivery for 4 people. Received food for 3 people. One order complete left out. I called the store and their solution was for us to come pick it up. When I explained there was a reason we had it delivered in the first place, he mentioned he could give a refund, and then we could just reorder and have it delivered. The problem is we would have had to pay another delivery fee, service charge and driver tip - an extra $10+. He told me that wasn't his problem. What? Worst decision we've made in a long time!! we placed a phone order and the lady that took our order was rude. we almost bailed on our order after the way she ended our phone call and wish we would have went to Trolley Wing Company instead. When we got our to go order and stated to eat it we were very disappointed! The fries were soggy and greasy and the wings were rubbery and disgusting! Still one of my favorite places to get wings. I love the seasoned fries, and nearly always get an order of cajun and lemon pepper wings. The only con is that it's a trek out to West Valley, so it's a long wait driving back home when ordering takeout! Probably the happiest camper when I heard about one opening in Utah. When I would go to California or Las Vegas, I actually looked forward to going to Wing Stop at least once amongst the many other places I plan to go to. The spicier, the better. Of course my first go-to sauce would be the Atomic. But this could be too spicy for many. I also like Cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. I look forward to trying the other flavors. Another plus, their French fries are amazing! I believe they add a little sugar which is bad but makes for the best flavor! I called in on 10/5/18 at 9:10pm to make an order to go. A friend of mine just had her baby, and my husband and I were called to pick up her starving kids and get them dinner. Everyone wanted wings, and this place was near their home. Easy! The Gentleman who took the call was great. Very patient with me and polite. He asked me when I needed them, I said as soon as possible, that it'd take me at least 15 min to get there, so he told me he'd have it ready by 9:35. Great! I get there at 9:40, and the place had maybe 6 tables of people there, so not dead but not extremely busy. I pay for the order (over $45) and stand back to wait for them to bring my Called in Order- ToGo. After 10 minutes waiting, I walk up to the counter to try and get someone's attention (which was not easy because out of the 5 or so workers, not one acknowledged my existence). I finally ask where my order is, the guy asked my name and then went toward the back, but immediately stopped and grabbed a brown bag off a rack and said, "oh, it was all ready just sitting here." Ok, not cool, made me wait, but I'm in a hurry so I grabbed the bag and walked to my car. Damn good thing I checked the bag because it was missing two orders of fries! I walk back in, finally get someone's attention again and tell them, and they yell back to the kitchen "hey, where are the fries for the ToGo order?" This was at 9:51pm. So I think, ok, they'll bring them right out. UH, NO! I asked TWO additional times for them and what was taking so long, and FINALLY got the damn fries at 10:10pm. Then came to find out, the only gave me ONE order of fries after I had left. I should've gone back and gotten my money back, but after all that time invested and trying to be patient, I just needed to get this food to my friend's kids. They gave me coupons when they gave me the fries, but I am not going back to that place if the same service is given in the restaurant. It was absolutely ridiculous! The place was Not busy enough to warrant such crappy service and long wait time, and for a first time experience with the wings, we weren't that impressed either. Wing Stop is a franchise chain just breaking into Utah (along with seemingly a million other fried chicken places like Zaxby's, Popeye's and others). However, this place does have a formula going for it which is fresh very fresh stuff and great rubs/sauces. So as stated before, the chicken is smaller (even the boneless) than at say a place like Wing Coop or others but has the texture of being fried in a pressurized frier (which makes everything more crisp and less greasy). A basket of 10 wings will fill up a big guy (6'4", 215 lbs) with fries. The staff is very friendly and gave us sit down restaurant-esque recommendations on what to order. Try the sauces but remember that some will come out as a sauce, some will come out more like a rub. I got the Louisiana something or other (very good) and was a good contrast against the Hickory Bourbon (also very good). Fries were also delicious! read more
