Well, this is the first and the last time I'll be going to this location after a long day at work ordered a six piece classic wing 4 barbecue 2 lemon pepper never being here I wanted to try at least two different flavors I received my carry out went to the house after pulling out the bag. I received six boneless wings with barbecue and lemon pepper mixed with load of grease very disappointed honestly one of the worst tasting chicken nugget I'll call it .. maybe after eating two of them I decided I cannot take it anymore. I have to call and ask what had happened to the order. Will not be returning to this location. I saw people trying wing stop online and figured I would give it a try while I was in the area. Mistake. The fries were soggy cold and super bland. Literally no flavor. The garlic Parmesan wings were ok, but pretty much every other flavor (Hawaiian, BBQ, hot) were horrible. They tasted super off and were soggy. The plain wings were disgusting. They clearly were just microwaved. There were about 4 employees sitting around the cash register in chairs when we got there which was really odd. The one lady who helped us (she had dyed ,maybe red hair, and huge fake lashes) was rude. The music was really loud in the shop. I would not recommend this location. Food is the real disappointment for the evening. Wings were scrawny and the skin was dry. The garlic parm were just a garlic oil and shaker parm cheese, where was my garlic parm sauce. These were terrible. We had the Hawaiian sauce, the sauce was okay just a lot of peanut flavor. Our fries were soggy and cold, we had to put them in the air fryer at home, by the time we got hot fries we had cold dried out wings. The worst part was there was cups on the counter and they accidentally fell off the counter, the person at the counter picked them up and put them back and served them to customers. We've ordered here 3 times since it's opened. We ordered carry out the first time, everything was messed up/ missing, we assumed because it just opened or it was busy and took our loss. Second time ($86) we ordered carry out everything was messed up/ missing and our fries were not edible. We assumed because carry out sucks maybe its good inside.... our third time we ordered to dine in. Food took longer than normal to get ready, the manager said she was making sure our food was hot and fresh. The drinking fountain didn't work, they were still selling drinks to customers not telling them they couldn't drink. They're were still letting ubers/ pick up drivers take drinks out with nasty syrup water in it. They just pretended like they didn't know even though we told them and 3 different employees told us they were going to fix it but never did. They shorted us on wings, our food wasn't hot and our fries were nasty. The manager there had no clue what she was doing and it's all teenagers so save your money. It's not worth the hassle our disappointment. Also, I read someone's review saying there was hair in their food with a response from the company saying they would do something about it? No they're not, the managers hair was all over the place while she was cooking. This place will be closed down soon. We can't have anything nice in Waterford anymore. read more
