I had been meaning to try this business for quite some time and finally pulled the trigger. The…read moremenu for this restaurant falls along the lines of an expanded bar/Bistro menu with a heavy emphasis on sandwiches, wraps and burgers. Having heard good things about their Burgers I opted to go with their Classic Cheeseburger and fries for $15 and two of their house margarita's which were the drink of the day on Tuesdays for $5 apiece. Realtive to the burger, it was quite large at 1/2 lb and definately a two hander. It was well made, quite juicy, with fresh veggies and very very tasty. The fries were well made as well with a nice crunchy texture and quite tasty in their own right. Lastly my two Margarita's very well made and oh so good where I had only planned on getting one but opted for two after the first sip. NICE! At $5 a piece this was an absolute steal! Relative to facility and staff, the restaurant is visually very appealing with vibrant Irish accents, neon sign's everywhere and TV's scattered to allow you to watch the big game of the day while enjoying your meal. The decor defiantely adds a lot to the dining experience. Staff was very friendly with great follow up throughout. Overall this is a great bar/restaurant whose reputation is well deserved. I definately will be returning in the near future, probably on a Tuesday, so I can get some more of those tasty margarita's. :)

Great little pub with good food. Love the sloppy joes and salads are great. No beer specials…read morereally and not many tvs, but a good place to get your drink on.

Very nice Irish themed bar that also has what I view as an expanded menu for a bar operation. For…read moremy first visit here I got a 1/2 Lb Beach burger That is basically a loaded Cheeseburger with Bacon. The burger was well cooked, nice juiciness, quite tasty and definately a notch above most of the burgers in the area. The included house made chips were OK but not to the level of the burger where in hindsight I probably should have upgraded to fries. Lastly the House margarita, of which I had three, were quite large, cheap at $6 and quite tasty. Small gripe though I thought they were light on the tequila as I should at least have felt at least a tingle in my toes after three but alas no tingle (:. Light alcohol aside at $6 this was still quite a deal for such a tasty drink. As stated earlier the Irish theme and green colors everywhere really added a lot to the overall dining experience. Staff was soooo friendly with great follow up throughout and clearly a strength of this business. Overall We had a great time at a very reasonable cost and will be back for sure in the not to distant future!

I was taking my lunch break and scoping the Waterford area for a bite. A pub isn't my usual go to…read morefor a sit down meal, but I've had good bar food so I figured why not give them a chance. Inside and out they definitely fit the bill. It's one's of those places that probably has the same customers that come back regularly so it feels like it's part of the community. The lady behind the bar was very courteous and suggested the Irish chimichanga, which was essentially a giant fried egg roll stuffed with corned beef and came with a thousand island dressing for dipping. I was satisfied with the food, but the coleslaw wasn't all that great and the chimichanga was a little overcooked on the outside for me. Their menu is quite large so no one should have a hard time finding something they like. I definitely recommend this place, but only when you're unwinding and hanging out with friends.

First time in here for lunch and what a great deal! Nice…read moreplace, clean and inviting. Staff is very nice and on top of their interactions. For 3 beers and a sandwich and a bowl of soup... $28!! Like, unheard of. Told them to up their prices. I had a full bowl of cream of potato soup and a full tuna sandwich on toasted white with pickles and the food was TEN BUCKS. You can't make that a home for that price. They serve breakfast til 3 and the staff said their pot roast, steak and stir fry is killer. Gonna be back real quick to try it all. Underrated for sure and a hell of a value in today's economy/ restaurant environment. Don't hesitate to check this place out if in the area.

However, that's where the positives ended. We were seated by the host, and our server took an eternity to arrive. Since the restaurant was moderately busy, I wasn't overly concerned. Finally, we managed to place our orders, but the wait for food was equally long. The dishes were bland and lacked any discernible flavor. Our waitress, a young woman, was exceptionally poor. She neglected to check on us throughout the meal, failed to refill our drinks, and I had to personally request the bill. Another server eventually brought it out and our original waitress didn't even attempt to cash it out. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing and unremarkable. I won't be returning again.

I did some research on the magic Yelp machine, and The Daily Diner had that met, and also had great ratings. It's a cute place inside, relatively small, but you're greeted right away with a friendly greeting. They have a solid normal menu and specials on the board (bacon stuffed pancakes? I can't say I wasn't tempted). Service is really solid and the food came out quickly. I decided on the corned beef hash with 3 eggs - it was a whole can of hash! Needless to say that portions are very generous, bordering on huge. The food was delicious, and we'll be back when we're in the area. They have the standards and some surprises at very reasonable prices considering the portion size.

Well, first thing, I almost left: despite having credit card stickers on the door, they have signs saying they only take cash. That did not please me, but I checked & saw I did have money, so I decided to stay. The second thing that almost made me leave was that the place smelled like CIGARETTES. It has been illegal to smoke in restaurants for at least a decade, so I don't know why this noxious smell filled the tiny restaurant. Still, I stayed because I was hungry, and I was enjoying the bantering between the staff and a couple regulars. I ordered the spinach & feta omelette with hash browns & rye toast. It was fine, but nothing special or different from any other spinach & feta omelette I've had. But, the servers were courteous, and the service was good.
