These wings are huge! The mister and I wanted to share a meal so we could snack a few hours before a dinner with family later on tonight. We shared an 8 piece and gah.....we could have shared a 2 piece. Okay I exaggerate but not by much. His four were Hickory Smoked BBQ and mine were Mango Habenero. I don't know that I preferred one over the other. They were both delicious. Lil Bit got a 5 piece plain boneless and she loved those as well. Those fries though....go with the cajun seasoning. Yum! There is a bit of a wait since the food is cooked fresh to order. We had a 15 minute wait but it was well worth it.You can order online to cut some of that time down. If I could leave no stars I sure would. The wings were raw. All of them absolutely RAW. First time In a long time since we have eaten here. Definitely will not be back. We took them back to the restaurant. The manager Ann snatched the food and said "we cook everything to time". Refuse to take any accountability, or fix the problem. Best place to get wings! I have to visit wingstop every time I am in Tupelo, even though we have a wingstop in Birmingham AL.

I cna clearly see the staff is working hard yet I don't understand why they seem understaffed. Someone tell the owner he would have more repeat customers if the staff had mor help. There should be more than two people working there. The past two times our 50 dollar orders were skipped over to fulfill smaller ones. That's a shame we are big spenders weekly there and they wont get our order done on time. Also there was a huge leak under the wall. Definitely a hazard. read more

Terrible. Just plain terrible! Their customer service is not even bad, it's horrific. I've given them multiple chances, because their wings are superior to most any I've tasted in the area. However, I may have just made my last visit to this location, and possibly wingstop all together...for good. Last weekend I ordered online, as I normally do, and drove to pick it up. I got the "flavor fix" which comes with 20 boneless (mix and match up to 4 flavors) wings, two drinks, two sides, and two dips. Simple. I drove the 20-25 miles to pick the order up, and then get home and we are short 5 wings! I called and spoke to "Carlos" who is supposed to be the manager (?), and he apologized and said they have been having several "issues" and they were working to hopefully correct them. He said next time I came to mention I had spoken with him, and he wanted to remake my entire order. Awesome I thought. So, I go in their one week later, exactly, explain I had spoken to Carlos, and the young man took my order and said: "we will get you all taken care of". Cool I thought...wrong. I sat there and people who ordered after me began to get their food. I sat there. More people came to pick up orders and left. I sat their. More diners received their food, which they had ordered long after I had gotten there. Finally the young man who took my order said: "we got yours coming up soon." I looked at my phone and said: "okay, I've been hear about 50 minutes already...". Then another young man came from back to the fountain drink area, and he whispered something in the cashiers ear (from the other side of the counter), then he looked at me and said: "yours will be done in a while". I said: "well it's been over 50 minutes I've been waiting", and then he says: "well, we have to take care of paying customers first before we fix any orders like that for free, yah know that's how it be." What?! Anyhow, I voiced my displeasure about the whole thing, and told them if they had mentioned that it was going to take about an hour to get my "fixed" order...I would have just said forget it and left. I called back to get a number for Carlos or the owner, and they said neither were available to speak to any more. ? Then I said what's the name of the owner? The guy on the phone says: "Rick Ross". LOL! I know he owns the Wingstop name overall, but I am not sure he specifically owns the Tupelo MS location. The guy on the phone said that Carlos would probably be back next week some time. I explained how ridiculous it all was, and that I was a paying customer and that I did not appreciate the young man acting as though I was a criminal or trying to get something for nothing. How about get the order CORRECT the first time? Avoid failing again by getting it RIGHT the first time around! Yeah, that's what the focus should be. I am not an African American, but every employee the Tupelo Wingstop has IS. Maybe that is part of the issue, maybe not. The fact remains the customer service at this Wingstop location is horrific! Unless you like to get wrong order, and like to wait long for your food when ordered...it's probably best to avoid this place. Oh, do look at the very negative reviews of the Tupelo Wingstop on Facebook, too. It's worth the read just to check them out. If Wingstop ever makes things right, I may come back and review this location again. If not, I am not currently planning on visiting the Tupelo location any further. Sad. Just sad. I've never tried this place before. Ordered on the app and got Cajun, hot, and mango habanero boneless wings with fries and rolls. When we went to pick it up the order was already bagged and waiting. Staff was efficient and nice. The rolls are great, they have a touch of sweetness I like, and I am not usually a roll fan. Mango habanero was our favorite, hot and sweet. First time eating here , the service was eh and the lemon pepper wings are waaayyy over seasoned . I've tried a wing from a friend before actually going and trying it , still over seasoned not sure if it was the lemon pepper or if they put a lot of salt on them .
