They leave people waiting with 10 orders on pick up rack and don't even try to hand anyone food. This is a small restaurant conveniently located on 21st and memorial around Target, fairgrounds, and many other stores. The food is amazing! Best fries I have ever had and the wings are so good too. That said, I do recommend calling ahead about 20 minutes before arriving because that's how long it takes to cook the chicken. So, by this time, I was at the store and just ended up going inside. After being looked at twice. Walked by twice. I finally got some help. I was still on hold and showed my phone to the lady and just simply asked "Why did it take me physically coming into the store to place an order? I'm still on hold with whoever answered the phone." I was told it's because they were "too busy to take my order" at that time. It was still that time. I was still on hold! I asked for the manager. I was told "No he's busy" and I couldn't speak with him. I told the woman I didn't care if he was busy. I want to speak with him. I had ordered some wings online from here for my brother and it said that it was going to be ready in about an hour with that I decided to go pick up my food from Buffalo Wild Wings since I already don't like this place it took me about 30 minutes to get to bdubs and my food was ready to go I decided to head to wing stop since they should be ready by the time I get there since it was going to be another 20 minute drive to get there. I had gotten there and they told me my food wasn't ready so I sat down and I waited another hour and a half to get the food really ridiculous if you ask me once the food was ready o went up to grab it and I had asked if I could get a cup for water but the cashier informed me that they didn't have water cups and that I would have to pay for it. The service is sometimes lacking and slow. I usually out our order in though the app, which is convenient; however, sometimes this doesn't work out. A few times the order was wrong. The service is a hit and miss and fowl miss. When you call you have a good chance of them putting you on hold for 10 minutes. For curiosity sake, after waiting on the phone for 11 min and calling back to try again. She asked for a hold again. When she was asked how long of a hold it would be, she said 9-10 minutes. I ordered food during COVID season. I ordered food through the app and had my husband to pick it up. I order 20 wings (10 lemon pepper/10 buffalo/hot, 4 dips (which I paid extra for) and 3 brownies. My husband went to pick up the food and when he returned home, we were only given 3 dips, 1 brownie and 10 of the wings (Buffalo/hot) were super dried out. There was more juice on the lemon pepper wings. My husband decided to drive back to the restaurant. Once he got there, they told him that they were out of brownies. Why wasn't this told to him when he first arrived to pick up the order? He asked for a refund for the brownies and they said he needed the card present. Because I (the wife) purchased the food through the app, he didn't have my card with him. They said they would remake the buffalo/hot wings but it would take 25 minutes. At this point, the lemon peppers wings have now gotten cold. My husband waited on the buffalo wings and we were just gonna heat up the lemon pepper wings but the wings took more than 25 mins. My husband asked for a full refund and Wingstop gave him a partial refund. They did not refund us for the brownies (the one thing they ran out of!). After my husband demanded a refund, we finally received a full refund and left the cold food there! This location always has problems. Wingstop doesn't have the best wings you'll ever eat, but they are good and consistent. They have lots of flavors to choose from and offer traditional or boneless. I like that you can order all flats or all drumsticks in the traditional variety. The traditional wings are fried but not breaded, which also makes them a good low carb option. They make their own ranch and blue cheese which alone is worth several stars! You can't be a wing place and serve bottled ranch, or at least you shouldn't. The employee was rude and did not even know the menu options. I ordered a 3 piece garlic-parmesan boneless combo with fries with ranch on the side. The chicken was average served with the sauce on the side. Which I found odd, since every other wing place tosses their wings in the sauce.
