I called three times and they're saying that they can't find my order. I have had surgery and I'm hungry and I still can't get my food because they don't took the money out of my card and telling me that I have to wait till in the morning to talk to the General manager because they can't find the order but I have copies of where it was taken off of my debit card. Very disappointing! First and last visit to Wingstop. Saw the inviting ad on TV for one of their combo family meals, All-in-One Bundle. Traveled 46 miles RT to the closest shop. What we received was 16 pieces of primarily bread coating called boneless wings. Very little meat. In fact, three pieces had no meat, just cooking oil oozing out when cut! Then the 6 chicken fingers. They were so soaked in cooking grease too that 5 wound up in the trash. The fries should be renamed salt sticks as they were so over salted the salt is all you tasted. What a total waste of time and money. Never again! I go to this location regularly. Management is rude and unwilling to address issues at their store. Attitude is disgruntled at a minimum and hostile at a max. Their soda machine was broken last week, and when I returned this week all the drinks dispensed were flat. After bringing it up to the gal in the front and trying a few different flavors it didn't fix the carbonation issue. When I told the lady the second time a gentleman barged up to the front and told me and another guest to stop bothering his employee and stop complaining about the drink. The other guest also expressed the same issue I had regarding the beverage. He said the machine was fine and we just didn't like the drinks available. I will say confidently that I enjoy a Coke or Root-beer as much as the next guy, but I know what a flat drink tastes like. I asked for a manager and he said I was speaking to him. If he truly was the manager and that is how he conducts himself the other issues are no longer a surprise. His name was Ronnie. He referred me to their corporate number for further complaints and I took him up on his offer. Beverages aside my issue was not with the flat coke, but instead the ridiculous customer service interaction I had with their manager. This is coming from someone who has worked similar roles in the past and currently manage in a customer service capacity. I hope they get it together because the food is great. P.S. They leave people waiting with 10 orders on pick up rack and don't even try to hand anyone food. Wing Stop has the best fast food wings, and probably is better than most restaurants. I think they're as good as Buffalo Wild Wings, and a much better deal. There are lots of flavor options and I bet I've tried half. I highly recommend garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, Hawaiian, and teriyaki. They have REALLY good ranch dressing as well as a few other dipping options. Finally, they have one of those coke mixing machines: you pick what drink you want (coke, root beer, fanta, etc.) and you pick flavors to blend into it. Diet coke or diet root beer is good with vanilla as are the many diet fanta options. (I'm a diet pop addict. I'm sure it's excellent with regular drinks, too.)
