Ok so I finally got a chance to try this restaurant. SO MUCH FOOD for $20.00. And they will work with you picking your flavors. I chose Korean bbq, Parmesan garlic, bbq and lemon pepper. I'm a sauce girl so the bbq were fabulously slathered in flavorful goodness. The garlic Parmesan had a nice pop of flavor. All that said, I'm more than impressed with service. These guys work hard. The place is always packed and they do their absolute best to get food out within promised timeframe. These are cooked to order so expect to wait. But it's worth it. Management is professional, friendly and listen to concerns. Most impressive is how they pump up the staff and aren't afraid to get in there and work when it gets busy. This will be my go to place for wings. My advice is order online or over the phone. You will be waiting if you order at the store (but it's worth it) read more

So I placed an order on line. Unaware that I would not have the choice to pick bone in over boneless I thought easy enough, I can call the restaurant. Not easy enough, I was told to cancel the order and to place another, according to their Manager, he does not have the ability to just change the order and charge me the extra. Ok so I go in and I tried to cancel the order and negative, I have to create a profile and so forth. There is more hassle going through all those steps so Im happy to swing by and pick up my order. But this is ridiculous in our time and age to not have the ability to change the order in a system.. hmm poor customer service period. read more

I have been to this location 3 times since they opened. I have previously had great experiences at the Beaverton location and at several locations in Texas. The first visit I ordered online and our food took over an hour to be finished. On 2 out of 3 occasions no one greeted us or asked if we needed help for what seemed like an eternity. The general customer service skills / communication skills of employees are way below average. Today the kitchen staff either didn't have a mask on at all or was wearing it half way down their face, employees were eating ice cream out front and to top things off my order of wings was completely cold, like they'd been sitting in the refrigerator. I understand this is a new location, but a little training goes a long way. I hope it gets better but I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

Ordered through the app. Order was quite large and specific and they accommodated each customization and didn't mess up the order at all to my surprise. Food itself was good. Holy crap! What type of people run this place. Now I waited in line with a half dozen of people for about 12 minutes with no one to greet or to tell us they'll be a moment yet they had a half dozen of employees that really looked like a bunch of kids in a kitchen scrambling and not mention anything to the half dozen of customers standing there. Then finally they took the guys order in front of us.. every customer was in awe, probably thinking the same as we were .. not to mention again, no one to greet or say sorry about the wait. As all these people in line were NOT acknowledged!! Then to hear that the guy who ordered one meal that it would take around 25-30 minute wait!! ARE YOU FREAKEN KIDDONG ME!!! The service is a terrible mess. We have ordered from this location twice, and both times our orders were made incorrectly, not even close. In both instances we called them and they told us they would have the order corrected in 20 minutes. I'm both instances we drove back there and waited almost 40 minutes. I've had several bad experiences previously from terrible customer service to food never being ready on time to poor quality meals. I've avoided this Wingstop for months now but decided to give it another go. I was helped almost immediately when I came in on a Saturday night and my online order was ready when it was scheduled to be. Both of these things I had not experienced before. As others have said you typically get ignored when you come in and often will wait at least 20-30 mins beyond the stated time. I'm happy that wasn't the case this time. Put in an order on their online system at 8ish delayed for 10:15 pm. The store made the order at 8, then called me at 9:40 to ask when I was coming. They remade the order, and completely forgot more than half of it. When I came back they wouldn't even offer a refund. when they remade the other half, they forgot the fries and had to make those while I waited. Overall a generally terrible experience, next time I'll just go with the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. read more

I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews about the delivery. This was the second time ordering from here and the service was speedy and complete. That said, the food is delicious! Our wings were plump, juicy and hot on delivery. Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. My only criticism is the garlic parm wings - they're not garlicky or very parmy by still great; and the fries were a little undercooked- but still delicious. The sauces are so good I can't pick a true favorite, but on my list are lemon pepper, mango habanero, and Korean BBQ-but ALL have been fabulous! Can't wait to try all the flavors. I ordered $90 worth of food from this restaurant and when we received our food it was cold and we were missing items from our order. When I called to let them know a nice gentlemen offered to give me a credit on my next order but then the restaurant called me back hours later and said that if I brought back the food I could have it remade but they were not able to offer any type if refund or credit. I ordered food as I am recovering from surgery and its unfortunate that this restaurant was unwilling to fix their mistake and expected me to drive the food back hours later to be remade. The food was good, and the wait time wasn't atrocious, but the service was impressively bad; I waited by the front for around 5-10 minutes, only being told that they'll be "right with us". An employee eventually came over to pick up a phone call, talking very disrespectfully to a customer, before eventually hanging up and asking my party if we were ready with a large amount of attitude. I began my order and was basically treated to silence the entire time. I ordered one large serving to began with, and I expected to have recognition from her that everything was heard. One cook had huge soiled spots on his jeans where he wiped his ungloved hands every 5 seconds, when he wasn't obsessively wiping them on the front of his shirt. These were skin-on, very lightly sauced steroid filled monster chicken drumstick wings that smelt like rotten meat!
