Shortly after we noticed that 2 of our orders, one a boneless garlic Parmesan was just a plain boneless chicken. And our hot honey rub bone in, was also just a plain original bone in chicken. Our boneless chickens were drenched in some type of liquid which left the chicken soggy. The place when we went to pick up, was ran by teenagers who didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. We tried one and you could taste burned oil. Even the juice at the bottom of the basket was almost black. We called to complain and politely ask for a refund. Three store employees including their manager refused to issue a refund while acknowledging that they have a shortage in oil and hence frying food with over-used cooking oil. This location's staff is excellent. Very attentive and my order was ready when the website said it would be. This is the extent of my satisfaction. I don't know what it is supposed to taste like, but the seasoned fries had way too much salt/whatever they use to season the fries. I couldn't eat them. Then the wings also were way too salty. The Hawaiian wings were better with the sweet sauce to counteract the salt, but you could taste it there too. The original wings were too salty to eat. No amount of sauce could fix it. This is THE BEST Wing Stop I've ever eaten at, and I've been to locations in San Jose and Fresno, CA as well as Salem, OR! The wings are cooked to perfection, and they don't skimp on the sauces.
