Waited 7 business days, no refund. Called back and was told a district manager needed to approve. Waited another few days and no contact. Contacted corporate on the website, no contact. I've had to result to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is beyond ridiculous. read more

We always stop at Wingstop when we are near Poulsbo (we live about an hour away). It's hard to break away from our habit, but it is so good. First time Wing Stop Visit! I am newly "gluten" free. Yes, I am now that person. Shopping around for quick food can be tricky. The gal was so helpful. They offer fresh veggies in lui of fries. Their fries are also cut fresh from potatoes and are cooked in their own frier. So, no cross contamination from the breaded wings. I tried the Parm wings and the lemon pepper wings. Both were amazing! I LOVED the lemon pepper ones. They were juicy and the flavor was so good. She warned me it would be about 15 minutes. It was, but absolutely worth the wait. I did notice a few things about this location. One, all locations should have napkins on each table! Two, there was a dirty spoon w BBQ sauce on it on the floor. Three, there appears to be 11 tables in the location. 6 two tops, 5 four tops. There were two four tops and one two top all joined together in the back and the people that left, left as I arrived. After 35 minutes or so that table had not been cleared. There should absolutely be a garbage and tray return area so we can at-least clear the tables ourselves. In addition, two of the two tops were also dirty. As I leave, thats another table dirty and not clear. Prices are fair. Customer service great. Menu, yum! I have never eaten at wing stop before until yesterday, my sister is always raving about how delicious wingstop is. Her normal spot is Lakewood wingstop but since we were closer to 38th we gave it a shot and it was the biggest mistake! The place was filthy but we had ordered online so our food had already been prepared. First 3 things I noticed one the dude at the counter was creepy and kept looking my sister up and down. 2, the front area where you pay was coated in some sort of filthy filmy scum residue. I noticed in the back this woman had the fryers literally sitting on the bare floor which had crap and junk all over them. I tried to look past these things since I've heard nothing but good about wing stop. It wasn't until I started having horrible food poisoning woke up at 3am shaking and vomitting profusly. Several people who ordered after me got their food before me because there was no one at the counter. I went to Wingstop in Renton last week and it was so good that I wanted to treat my family yesterday. The worst decision I made was going to Tacoma. This was my worst experience yet. I ordered 30 wings, fries, corn and veggie sticks. The chicken was cooked too fast, lacked seasoning and was just terrible. The fries also lacked seasoning. The corn was barely ok. The only thing they got right was the veggie sticks. I'm so pissed about wasting my hard earned money but you can believe I will never go back to this location again. My advice would be to take the time to go to Renton or forget it. Their prices are way too high for them to be messing up anything. I'm planning to call cooperate on Monday. Try the garlic parmesan or the wings in the mild seasoning. The mild seasoning has more of a buttery taste and less heat and less vinegary then their original. Wing Stop is a lot cheaper then the joint down the road. The best deal is their combo meals. You can choose between six, eight, or ten piece boneless or wings with up to two flavors. Your combo comes with a drink and thick cut seasoned fries. Wing Stop uses a sweet and salty seasoning on their fries which taste OK to me. I read a lot of complaints about the wait time. Ranger up and change your man-pon because 15 minutes is not that long. It's worth the wait time to have hot and fresh food. Don't expect the maître d' or the head fry cook to come out and ask how was your food because the service is typical for this kind of place. Wing Stop loses one star because the location, bad parking area, and is a pain to get out of because of the busy main street, but other than that get out there and smash on some chicken wangs! read more
