Where to start? 4 stars bc the food was on point! Hot, crispy and delicious. Best ranch in the business. I've been eating WS since the beginning. Some words of advice and some complaints about this location and the franchise in general. We walked into this location, it was about 90 degrees. Very stuffy and hot inside. Soda machine had no ice and struggled all evening to produce. I would get rid of the "high tech" soda machines. They have never worked in any location I've been to. I would get rid of the TV's bc half of them don't work. I would drop the licensing and be done with it. When you started the franchise I believe you thought you would "kind of be a sports bar". Total fail. This location doesn't have beer. Fail. I would say WS should become a "takeout" place. It's not good for "going out". Just a lame place to eat. Unfortunately I live 20 plus minutes away. If taking wing's home they would be "just ok". So I want to eat at the location so I can have hot wings. Thank goodness the wings and fries were great. Was very disappointed in the food. I hadn't been to a Wingstop in years and won't be back. Ordered a Medium 8 piece boneless, a Small boneless, and a 2 pc plain for my toddler. My 8 pc came out wrong and was bone-in and they forgot my daughter's food. For $11.99 I expected bigger boneless chicken than the nugget sized close to McDonald's McNuggets. The Lemon Pepper barely had a taste and the BBQ was horrible. My girlfriend had the small which came out as a medium and said the hot wasn't that spicy. The fries were covered with they sweet salt that made them hard to enjoy. The soda machine's ice maker wasn't working which an employee stated that the owner knows about but doesn't want to spend the money to fix. Be it that reason or another, I and other patrons weren't happy not having ice. Cashier seemed like they'd like to be anywhere else but there and didn't seem to know the menu nor the food when asked a few questions. If there was an option I'd give a zero, most importantly let's start with the wings, I ordered the buffalo and the honey bbq boneless wings. This was around 5:00p.m on a Saturday which no one was there at this time.(usually during 5pm-7pm is the busiest on weekends) I was waiting for a whole 1hr and 30mins for my food. I used to love wingstop till I visited this location. I will say every wingstop is different! For some odd reason they put sugar on their fries as seasoning. It was so awful! I called and asked them if they made a mistake and she advised this was normal. Amazing Wingstop Experience. I have eaten at quite a few other wing stop's, but this one takes the price for quality of service, quality of food, and overall aesthetics of the restaurant. This is a new facility and their franchise owner is very involved in the restaurant, which I feel means that they're doing things the right way. The staff was excellent, including Hosts Debra and August. They made my experience memorable, and I will definitely be back for more. My order was hot, correct, on time, and delicious. Every time I come here it's something wrong with my food. They get my order wrong and make me wait an extra 20 minutes.

When I entered the store I was told I had to wear a mask. I walked out to my truck and put on my mask. After re-entering the building I was told the my mask wasn't "good enough" and refused to help me. My wife proceed to get our food and asked for napkins. Typically one of my favorite places to go to on Monday's due to their killer deal on boneless wings. Today, they had a 5 piece combo deal that was hard to pass up, so we placed an order of 2 of these deals. Waited about 25 minutes, went back into the store and it still wasn't done which was okay because it was incredibly busy. After another 10 minutes, we finally got our order. Now usually I try and check and make sure that we have everything but this Wingstop generally never messes up so we went on our way. Got home, only to find half of our order missing. Gave them a call and was told to head up to the store and I'd be taken care of. Upon arriving they checked my receipt, looked at the food that they had given me, and told me it'd be just a minute and I'd have fresh food. After about another 10 minutes, I had fresh fries and my 2 different orders of wings ready for me. They also threw in 2 ranches for me because I had to drive back to the store. Overall, pretty awesome place. They try their best at this Wingstop, but I'm giving only 4 out of 5 stars due to the lack of telling me everything was there when it wasn't. read more

I ordered a 30 piece family deal and added extra fries and extra dipping sauces on my to-go order. Once I made it to my hotel I discovered the dipping sauce was not in the bag, I immediately called to discuss with the manager, he said they had it there, I really didn't want to have to drive back but would have if they cooked me up some fresh French fries, the manager offered to refund my costs for the sauce back to my credit card. As it was we made it without the dipping sauce, but I think most people know that chicken wings without dipping sauce is pretty lame. In terms of the rest of the meal, the wings were the regular hot variety. I didn't really care for the taste, and they were anything but spicy. For what was nearly a $40 meal I am very disappointed. I guess I should have been prompted by the lack of customers in the business. We routinely eat at Wing Stops when we travel. I have never been let down like this before and this particular Wing Stop will never get my business again. Do yourself a favor and eat at the McDonald's next door. Update as of 5/15/16: The assistant manager advised that my food cost was reimbursed to my credit card. Worse Wingstop Ever!! Not only are they always slow and food either undercooked or wrong (that we have overlooked many times because of our love of hot wings) but employees including the so called manager that looks and acts like she's on crack are worse that I have ever seen! Incredibly lazy employees and customer service is horrible! What I ordered clearly stated on the menu came with 2 flavors which I have ordered the same thing for 10 years from this location, but when I asked for second flavor today was first told they couldn't do that because they weren't allowed to but then was told they could even though they aren't supposed to but would have to charge me for second flavor? So I pointed to menu saying why does it say 2 flavors if gonna charge me for second one that I have never had to pay for in 10 years lol and then they couldn't do it again. The manager was absolutely unprofessional and refused to give me general managers name and number and girl at register was unfriendly from the moment we walked in!
