I would have given this store a 1 but for I think her name is Lynn the only person that is working in the store at 10pm at night. I visited the store on 4/27/22 and the guy with the du rag on his head was rude and simple acting. The store went from we have to order online to we can order in person in when a nice looking guy comes into store-Lynn rate up and took his order. While du rag who was just lounging at the counter did not know how to even a fold a bag or talk to customers. I am going to suggest he is demounted to mopping bc mentally that is all he could handle. It was 4 people there but only 3 ppl i think were employess, the guy with the long unnetted green dreads did not have on a WS shirt and DID NO WORK. There was a 4th gentleman with a large unnetted afro just played with the racks. They all cursed and talked raggett. The du rag guy even used the Nigga word and when Lynn tried to provide a minimal level of respect or class to the place she got lip from Du rag. Doordash was severely behind Lynn handled it ok and she was very tired. Du rag did nothing but be rude to the drivers. I finally got my food after seeing other ppl cancel and the food was good bc Lynn made it with care. I am going to look up the owner of this location. THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL. WS, SOUTHFIELD AND CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER. This store need to be closed and entirely new staff need to operate that store. The new 2018 staff at Wingstop Evergreen (Southfield) gets 5 stars!!! Wow the food is great, the service is great! Me and my team have ordered from there three days in a row and it has been very consistent. You are always greeted by PJ with a smile and he always makes sure your order is accurate and your sauces are in the bag. They pay attention to detail and they are very polite. First of all, this was my first stop dining at a Wingstop. I'm not sure why, but it 25 minutes to complete my order. It wasn't busy, as there was basically one order ahead of me in the store, and the people picking up online orders arrived at least 15 minutes after I had been waiting, so I am certain that there wasn't a bunch of orders in the hopper ahead of me. The manager was more concerned about paperwork than making food, and she was not friendly at all. The workers were nice and polite, but also had a loud conversation for all to hear, which seemed to interrupt them cooking wings. When I got my bag, they didn't include any napkins or wetnaps. I don't know if it's company policy that you have to ask for napkins, but you'd think people that make wings would be aware how messy it can be. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. This is the absolute WORST wing stop location!!! They are always at any given time out of something. One time they were even out of wings!!! Yes, WINGS, at Wing Stop!! They need to straighten this place up. The employees don't care. The customer service is terrible. The mobile ordering doesn't work. I placed an order at 520 to be picked up at 550. I arrive just after 550 and get told oh it doesn't print out anymore. So you have to wait 30 minutes. There was no apology. No empathy no effort made to make this situation better and keep a customer. I love the wings so I try to give it the benefit of the doubt but at this point I will strongly consider not getting Wingstop anymore but I will absolutely not be returning to this place. Wing-stop won my approval for great wings to go! I stopped in on my way home from work and was wondering rather or not to try them out. I pass this restaurant on my way home and was a bit curious about the food, needles to say I was very impressed! I did a quick search on (yelp*) and decided to give them a try. It's located on the corner of 10 mile and Evergreen, in Southfield. The size from the outside was a little deceiving because it's connected to other restaurants, but surprisingly on the inside it was a bit larger than my expectations. Okay, now for the good part. The service was top notch, the cashier greeted me with a sincere smile and was very courteous, (which sadly seems to be a dying trend in these parts of town). I ordered the 6 wing combo, which I split in half, 3 Louisiana rub, and 3 Hawaiian. The Louisiana rub was very good, I'm tempted to take a quick trip just to satisfy my desire for this unique flavor. The Hawaiian was more like a sweet-n-sour mix, but never the less it was tasty. My combo came with fries and they were coated with a tangy seasoning that was a little different then what I'm use to but quit delicious to say the least. When I return, and I will return sometime very soon, I will try some of their other flavors. read more

I love Wingstop..seriously, best chicken wings ever!!!! (imo.) I highly recommend coming with a friend/family member/significant other/stranger (jk on the last one) and splitting their 15 wings for 2 combo meal. You get 15 wings with your choice of 2 sauces, large fries, 2 sauces, and 2 sodas to share. You may also add 5-wing-increments to your meal for like $3.50-4. I cannot handle heat or anything remotely spicy, so I especially like mild (on days I feel like saucey wings) or Louisiana rub (on days i feel like dry rubs), and the slightly sweet/slightly salty fries go perfect in Wingstop's ranch! Things I like about this particular wingstop: 1. Their wings are SOOOOOO nice and crispy on the outside!!! Kinda smaller than bdubs (for those of you comparing), but whatever..and they're so nice and juicy/tender/all the good stuff on the inside. 2. The fries are crispy, although I wish they'd be a little more flavorful. I think Wingstop changed their sweet/salty recipe a few years ago, but this location isn't as generous with their flavoring. 3. The soda machine. All your standard sodas - coke, sprite, etc..and they all come with flavors, i.e. grape, cherry, lime!! Mix and match to your tiny heart's content. 4. The workers here are so friendly . 5. Food comes out quickly. Maybe the speed issue in the past was due to the growing pains of a new business? I love how wingstop always reminds you that it'll be a ~14 min wait for wings. 6. First off, I placed an order on-line at 7:20, the confirmation email stated it would be ready for pick up at 7:44 p.m. I arrived at 7:45 and paid for the order. For some reason it was not ready until about 8:15. Excuse me, over an hour wait for an on-line order. I ordered the 30 piece family combo (10 garlic parmesan classic wings, 10 lemon pepper classic wings and 10 Louisianan rub boneless wings, fries and veggie sticks). I arrived back home 4.5 miles away and had no boneless chicken at all in the bag. $35, an hour wait and missing food. Everyone that came in was told if they order classic wings it would be a 45 minute wait. See, most chain wing places like that crappy place named after a Buffalo have wing Wednesdays where they offer up deals that aren't really deals. But Wing Stop had wings for 50 cents. They do it each week on Monday and Tuesday which is double the Louisiana-rubbing pleasure. So do yourself a favor and get buttered up at Wing Stop. I've also watched staff set aside orders without calling out names, leaving them for 10+ minutes before finally realizing it's not a pickup and the customer is waiting. You don't feel rushed or overwhelmed while there. The wait time was surprisingly quick for a Wingstop and they do not sacrifice flavor. But that's not why I'm writing this review. The wings at this particular Wingstop are something else. I've eaten at Wingstops across the Midwest and this location has some of the best wings I've ever had.
