Horrible customer service by the Manager Kevin cusses at customers and catches a attitude if you ha w a specific order. Every time I go and he is there I try to avoid this loser but t he comes to the register and although I come in weekly and get the same thing he acts frustrated. The last time I went in on 8/19/19 he got smart with me and asked me "nigger what the fuck do You want" them he went on to tell me he wasn't gonna serve me and for me to take my ass on and if I didn't he would call the police on me for threatening him. I thought this loser was playing with me because I never threatened him, although I should have, and he began to call the police. I was totally offended by this action and even the other workers looked confused about this dudes attitude. I have never cursed this PAN or said anything bad to him. If management sees this review please review the camera for 8/10/19 at approximately 8 pm for this incident and you will see exactly what I'm talking about. I have found my new wing spot! I had no idea that this cool place was here! Okay, starting from appearance, the restaurant is clean and well staffed. It's super causal on the inside and it is not too big and not too small. The cashier that took my order was nice and was ready to take my order as soon as I walked through the door (of course I needed more time because this was my first time here). On to the menu, it's not overwhelming; they have a nice selection of items and wing flavors. The flavors that I can remember off of the dome are: original hot, mild, atomic, Korean Q, BBQ, Louisiana rub, Cajun, lemon pepper, Hawaiian, garlic Parmesan, and a new Brazilian heat (don't quote me in that flavor). There is a lot to choose from. I ordered the 10 piece combo (Korean Q and lemon pepper) with fries and a drink for all of about $10 and some change. It's pretty standard for 10 piece wing combos- this place is about $1 or $2 more than American Deli's wings or Atlanta Best Wings, but it was well worth it to me. I'm not sure if I can go back to American deli or ABW after trying Wing Stop. It definitely hit the spot. Oh, & the wings were a nice size, not too small and you even get to choose more than one flavor depending on how many wings you get. For the 10 piece you can have 5 one flavor and 5 another flavor! I come here at least once every week with no problem. But today, the cashier lady really made me angry. I ordered the same exact thing I always order, 10 pc with celery & bleu cheese that's it. She assumed I ordered the combo but I didn't say I wanted a combo so I went to talk to her nicely BUT she started talking back to me and trying to argue. All she needed to say was "I'm sorry I'll refund your order." She went to the back & started gossiping to her other coworkers. She was very rude. Ok where do I start....so we didn't get acknowledged when we walked in. When we did get to the register the cashier had his hat to the side like he was about to record a ghetto rap video. We were very clear about our order yet they go it all wrong. We asked for extra seasoning on the fries...we got fries with NO seasoning. When we asked for seasoning to put on our fries the pregnant lady got an attitude and mumbled something under her breath after passing the seasoning to me. Food is up and down in quality. I've eaten wings here 4 or 5 times. This last was my absolute last. The first 2 times I felt the chicken was sub par. The lemon paper seasoning is not worth your time. This weekend we got regular mild hot wings and they were GOOD. But the 2 days later we got a 20 piece of same seasoning...there was hardly any sauce on them. I will say the young lady was friendly but the wait was really long. I saw call in have to wait too when they arrived. I feel my wait time should have been less and that way my wings would have been better. They were over cooked and really hard. For lemon pepper, they had a funny smell and I think some of the garlic Parmesan got mixed with the lemon pepper seasoning. Fries were not tasty so I waited my money all around. At least 4 other customers walked in after I did and placed orders subsequent to mine and received their food. After more than a 40 minute wait, I asked for a refund. The manager on duty didn't know how to make a credit card refund so he had to call someone else to figure out how to cancel the transaction. I assume and hope that it was successfully executed. Extremely poor customer service. The quality of food was horrible. I waited over 20 minutes in drive through for under cooked wings and soggy fries. I never got through that night. I called back today and the lady stated she was a manager and acted as if she was redoing my order. After she confirmed my order, the phone was passed to another lady who told me she was a manager also & I needed to return the food in order for them to redo my order. ‍ I have never returned day old food back to the store. Most stores aren't taking returns during covid-19. As a healthcare worker that just doesn't sound right to me.
