So Tiktok got me with everyone posting crispy tenders and hyping the ranch up so I ordered: - Korean sauced tenders: the sauce is a bit too salty and overly sauced I guess this is something a lot of people love. However, there was no crunch my tenders were soggy - side of wings in Buffalo hot: not worth it at all, wings were undercooked no crisp at all - regular fries: unfortunately these were very soggy but I could tell had they been fresh they'd be delicious - extra side of ranch: I was kind of disappointed they put the cup size container inside of the bag with the hot food and I'm guessing this is why the food was cold and soggy. The ranch in no way surpasses taco mac ranch but it's good it's not bad it's just not the best but def tasty! My total came to around $25 bucks so this is def pricy since I don't feel the taste compares to Asian ran wing places because we all know Korean fried chicken and Chinese fried chicken is elite!! Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order for delivery totaling to $50 for myself and my 2 brothers. When it arrived, I noticed that the large fry that comes with their wing bundle was missing and the sweet tea I requested was a lemonade. I called into the store to see what my options were and was told that I could bring all of the food up there for a refund or bring all of the food up there and be given a large fry. As far as the sweet tea, they ran out so they chose lemonade as my replacement. To me, having to pack up all of the food and drive to the store defeats the purpose of me ordering and waiting on my food to be delivered, so I asked whether there was an email I could contact for another solution and was told I could speak to a manager since 'that has nothing to do with her'. Once I was placed on 'hold' to wait for the manager, the call magically disconnected. So, I called back again. The next girl that picked up asked like she couldn't hear me and struggled to hear me spell out my first and last name (3 letters in my first name) and during which I was again placed on 'hold' without warning. Very bad customer service. I am not opposed to having young workers but when you display an attitude along with your manager, that becomes another question. They will quote you a rule , but there is no display of that rule. What ask a question and you are told it's is how we do it. Originally, I had to call back because I was immediately put on hold because they were soooo busy. I was told my Ari that it will be 15-25 minutes until my order is ready. I arrive at the location, Wingstop ( 2050 scenic highway N Snellville, GA) at 8:49pm to pick up my togo meal. There was no line or even more than one car outside.... when I arrived. So what wait? But anyways.. When I arrive, I'm greeted my Ari and she states my food isn't ready but I can pay now. I do so, and ask how long it'll take. She said they're just now starting on your food and it will be a minute. I state, could you all throw in a dessert or something to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to wait longer than told to me over the phone for simply wings. The manager, Brianna stated "she can get a free ranch or something but that's it.." and I think that's completely unprofessional especially to be management. I told Ari it's alright, and smiled and waited in my car until my food was ready. After 15 more minutes, Brianna did bring my food to my car, however the rude smart ass remark wasn't professional and her attitude made me not want to return to this business and spend anymore of my money. My parents live down the street so I am here often, but after this experience they've chosen to spend their money elsewhere as well. Let me start off by saying the general manager for this location is an amazing gentleman, who is kind, courteous, and donated food to help my nonprofit with our Christmas event. The issue is that I've had several mishaps with this location over the past few months. I've seen other locations with the same number of employees function properly, but the employees here operate at the speed of a zombie. They will also answer the phone, place you on hold until you hang up or decide to go in person. Last night I tried to place an order around 10:40pm, and my phone call was answered by someone who said they would take my order after a brief hold. I held on for several minutes until I arrived at the restaurant around 11pm. I was told they weren't taking anymore orders, even though I was STILL on hold waiting for someone to come back to the phone. The manager's excuse was that they didn't know where the phone was, and they couldn't take our order because the cashier left for the night. These poor excuses are what prompted me to leave this review. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because the act of kindness their general manager displayed by donating food to help my nonprofit and the children in our community. read more

They leave the phone off the machine so no phone calls can go through and place orders and if they do pick up they just put you on hold and never pick up again. On 3 different occasions I have had less than pleasant interactions with the night time staff here. Most recently, they did not eat to take my order at 11:15 (they close at 12), so one of the girls in the back says "tell her we don't have any chicken".......like I couldn't hear her. Super Bowl Sunday is not an excuse for poor service and quality ... Ordered 30 piece + fries online seamlessly. Showed up to pick up my order and was immediately met with VERY loud girl yelling "do you have a pick up order?" "Did you order online?" "Last name?" Next, when she located my order, she gave instructions to check it before leaving. Upon checking I discovered that my 10-piece order of Garlic Parmesan wings was shorted. I took the order back to her and asked her to count how many she saw. She counted 9. I actually counted 8 because one piece was so small that you could hardly call it a wing. While we were in the middle of debating about the size/count, the manager loudly announced from the kitchen area that boneless wings come in all different shapes and sizes so it is what it is. With this, the girl shrugs her shoulders as if to say we're done here.
