First time going to this location. Got an ad on facebook for a 20$ meal. Ordered it and it got delvered via doordash. The order came missing an item. Called the store and spoke with a woman who said "it's our fault the item was missed". Then said we would be given a full refund via doordash. Called doordash and nope, it needs to be the store. Tried calling the store again and now on hold for 20+ minutes. Still waiting on my refund..... it started off with the unenthusiastic girl taking orders at the front. She didn't ask us what we wanted in our combo (fries or sticks, just assumed veg) and when we tried to over flavors, didn't understand what we asked, which was sauce on the side. It's 5:22 and I haven't gotten my food yet but I witnessed no less than 5 people standing around, two had left to probably go smoke as we wait for our order. Then they finally began to get it together. No one is wearing gloves. The kitchen is down to one again and nothing is happening. There is literally no one here and it's been over 20 minutes. I usually don't give bad reviews like this but I'm absolutely appalled. I was so excited for this place to open and now I'm not sure. Lets start with the counter person who was so disinterested in being there she was slow to get out of a booth to take my order, they'd been open for an hour at this point and the manager had to call her to the counter. She tried talking through her hand as if covering a yawn while talking so had to ask her to speak up several times. Then finally after completing that part of this debacle, the cook came out and told me it was going to be 25 minutes til my order would be up... I was the ONLY PERSON THERE at that moment. "every order is custom made fresh" , understand the concept but at the beginning of LUNCH RUSH you should pluck the chickens a little earlier than after the customer swipes their bank card. The fries were done in advance and seemed to have been re-cooked then sat under a heat lamp til the chicken wings were done. I didn't even order anything difficult unseasoned and garlic parm wings and they were burnt on the ends to where they were too tough to chew and micro wings to boot. I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes and they never answered the Phone. I decided I would go up there to see if I could at least place a walk in. The girl at the counter proceeded to tell me they were too busy to take any orders that had Bone-in wings. I proceeded to ask them if that was why they didn't answer the phone, and the answer I was met with was "our managers told us to not answer the phones". This has been a continuous problem with this location, between not answering phones and ridiculous wait times. I don't know if I could come back to this location. Wing stop has the best wings around, but try a different location. These guys are a joke and have been since they opened a year or two ago. Been here multiple times before and never had any problems and the food has always been good. I'm not one to write reviews either but this time we placed a carry out and while waiting for our food, a random girl from outside walked in with NO face mask, and walked right into the kitchen again with NO face mask and started talking to and hugging the employees while they were preparing our food. She was also touching things in the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised! Only $10 for 15 boneless wings is a pretty good deal. I got Parmesan garlic and lemon pepper. Parmesan garlic was delicious. Lemon pepper was just okay, I wouldn't get it again. Overall it was pretty good, I'll be back! read more

First ever Wing Stop experience....likely my last at this location at least. Ordered online and the time came back as 16 to 21 minutes. Went in at around 20 minutes and was told it would be another 25 minutes. Went back in a half hour later and still had to wait another 5 minutes! Overall, this wouldn't cost somebody 3 stars, but the attitude of the staff was really pretty poor. Unhelpful is the kindest way I can describe them. They almost seemed resentful that I dared place an order and expected it to be done when they said. No "thanks for waiting" or "sorry about the wait" or any acknowledgement. I guess fortunately for them, their food is pretty good and they have the Wing Stop name to fall back on. But they aren't the only wing game in town...I'll spend my money elsewhere after that experience. read more

It was my first time at this restaurant and although the customer service was fine, the food was not. The wings were soaked in sauce and soggy and the fries were limp. You know there's a problem when teenagers won't eat the food they asked for! Apparently no one bothered to change the oil..very disappointing and I don't think I'd go back again. read more

Cook was an alright person, young woman who rang me up, not so much. Rang my order up wrong, gave me my things to go when I was never asked if I wanted them to go and I wanted to eat in, had no one to talk to but the cook he helped me get the correct order had to wait 20min to cook them after she disappeared for 1hr+ until closing, saw her for 2 min between when she talked to him and had some very short convo. I feel bad for the owner but whoever is doing your hiring/training obviously is not good at their job either from all the comments I see. Gave this location the benefit of the doubt because I like wing stop wish I hadn't as it wasn't the greatest day prior to. Hope things get better for you all but leaving this comment because as a hospitality major from a top 10 school the worst issue you can have is not knowing what's going on within your business. I came here to order whole wings since they still had the promotion going on and they said the wings were frozen and they couldn't cook them because it would take too long to thaw. I was confused because they are literally a business that makes/sells chicken. Why have the limited time deal on your menu if they can't even make it? Third poor experience today. Ordered online, received email stating order would be ready in 18-23 minutes. Arrived at the store a few minutes early and paid. Two customers came in after I arrived and ordered at the store. Fifteen minutes later my food is not ready but one customer who came in after me has received his food. Another 10 minutes go by and customer number 2 who entered after me has their food. I asked the manager what was taking so long in making my 10 boneless wings and fries. He checks and comes back with my food and a brownie for the wait. I drive the 4 minutes to my house to eat and when I open my food, it is all cold. This online order took over 35 minutes, other customers ordered after me and got their food before me and when I finally asked why, I got cold food. Never again. read more

first time trying wingstop because i've been intrigued for a while. not many sauces to choose from and the ones i tried weren't what i was expecting. i think the sauces need some help but the chicken was fine. the fries were good but very thick and i thought they'd be more seasoned because they are called 'seasoned fries'. the sides of ranch were great sizes. however, both of my pops were flat with no flavor. i probably wouldn't come here again just because of the sauces read more
