Let's try to start this on a good note. Ambiance - it's a nice place, seems very clean. Very organized. Lots of electronic boards on the wall let you know exactly where you are as far as orders go. I'd give the ambiance a 4 out of 5. Service - been here a few times and I've never had to wait for my order more than 5 minutes. The employees are attentive, nice, and kick the food out pretty quick. I'd give the service 4.5 out of 5. And now... Food - I live wings and I've eaten them from just about everywhere that serves them. I ordered my typical order, 5 buffalo wings and 5 lemon pepper wings with a large fry. The wings, sadly just mediocre. They tasted heavily of fryer oil and the sauce was thin. It didn't stay on the product very well and almost tasted "thinned out". Buffalo wings you should really TASTE the sauce because that's the most important part, the flavor. The sauce didn't have any WOW impact. I'd give them a 2 out of 5. The lemon pepper wings I mostly tasted lemon. Very tart, not the flavor I am used to when eating lemon pepper wings. Again, the wings tasted heavily of fryer oil. When I was done eating my stomach felt off because of the oil taste. I'd give them a 2 out of 5. (Side note: the oil from the wings had seeped through the basket they were in, and through the bag onto my car seat. That's a lot of oil) The seasoned fries. This was my second time ordering them and it was the second time I hardly tasted any seasoning. If you're going to call them "seasoned fries" you should probably be able to taste the difference between a plain order of French fries and seasoned fries. The seasoning seemed rather non-existent. The fries were in fact hot, mostly still crispy when I got home. The homemade ranch really did save them though. I'd give the seasoned fries a 3 out of 5. In a bind, I'd order from there again if it was late and nothing else was open. But it's definitely not a place I'd drive past other wing places to get. There is better out there. The food still tastes good because its wingstop, but sometimes they mess up my order. Moral of this upcoming story is i think they just dgaf sometimes I order corn with fry seasoning every time i get the 20 boneless wings meal, and they never give me the fry seasoning. When i went to get the food i asked about it, and they said it doesnt say no fry seasoning (which it for sure does on my app). Whether this is an issue with their system or they just dont care to make it differently i am not sure. I still eat it and it still tastes good, but its just not what i wanted originally. read more

Wow, I wouldn't recommend this place for the life of me. I didn't even make it in the front door. I parked in front of the store and I sat and watched the employees eat wings by the prep tables. I order from here and I haven't been disappointed 10 wings all flats lemon pepper with extra lemon pepper seasoning in the side for the mf win PIPING HOT and best when they're fresh! If you wait 20-35 mins before you start eating your wings, it's not going to have the same effect or taste. These wings are so zest and cooked beautifully. First the order was wrong the young kids working were very nice and holding the fort down while their manager was no where to be found, and was not going to be in until Monday? We waited on the phone 45 minutes until we decided to just go in again and let them know that we had a mix up. Why are all Wing Stops horrible?! I still remember the last horrible review that I gave the Southfield location a while back. I will never understand why people with bad attitudes and no people skills work in the food industry! I stopped by here during lunch hours and there was only one person ahead of us...no one else in the entire restaurant. No surprise there knowing what I know now. The cashier was BEYOND rude. Zero eye contact, very bad attitude, talked so low that you could barely hear her on purpose and she was clearly ANGRY that she had to come to work and do her job. The manager had to stand behind her to watch her ring us up...assuming she has messed up orders before. It's not fast food so expect a wait. I went to the bathroom and the floor was so slippery that I almost fell. I have no clue what they mop their floors with but we brought it up to one of the staff and he just shrugged and said "okay?" Seriously? The food was good and piping hot, which I like. No complaints there. The fries were extremely salty though. We thought we had to throw away our own trash so we were searching for a trash can. We asked the cashier twice where the trash can was...before she rudely said "put it on the table". This was our first time trying Wingstop since they opened a couple weeks back. We love wings and were excited to try it. I ordered food to go from inside the store and was told that it would be an 18 minute wait because they drop the food in the fryer when ordered. That's no big deal because I'd rather have freshly cooked food than some that has been under a heat lamp for hours. But if you plan to order your food to go, I'd recommend ordering ahead so you don't have to wait. We ordered two sets of boneless wings as well as fries. The fries were great, but we were very disappointed with the wings. I tried the Cajun dry rub on half my wings and mango habanero sauce on the other half. I ate 2 of each type and couldn't eat any more because they just flat out didn't taste good. I was looking for spicy wings, but I would have been satisfied as long as they had good flavor. These were neither spicy or flavorful. I typically power through and eat meals even if I don't really like them but couldn't do it. My girlfriend had Parmesan garlic and Hawaiian sauces. Placed an order here off door dash I have been wanting to try wing stop for some time so happy when I seem they delivered. Six wing combo and fries was perfect! Did half spicy Korean which has the right amount of kick and is a nice heavy glaze. And the garlic Parmesan is the right amount of everything. Loved all the wings were tossed in a lotta sauce (who wants dry wings?) They even threw in an extra paper to divide so they don't blend together. Now my issue was with the fries we had 9 SEPARATE meals and some how the fries were combined into like three trays just stacked..... y'all aware it's covid? How are we supposed to split those up? BEST chicken wings on the planet live here! Idk how they do it but the sauces, seasonings, and all the food is so clean and delicious that I almost ate my fingers after them! Tonight I had voodoo fries, wings, and corn bites. The fries are topped with a volcanic eruption of the best flavors you will ever experience and the fries themselves have got to be cut fresh and home made! The traditional wings are meaty but not fatty if you know what I mean so they taste incredible. The sauces are better than anyone can imagine and I am not exaggerating just wait until you try them. Mango habanero and the smoky bbq are my faves. The garlic Parmesan really tastes like pure garlic Parmesan and not fake salty stuff other wing places serve. And last but not least, I literally devoured the corn bite things! I almost ate the Cobb itself, the flavor was so good. Just look at my photos even though they don't do the food any justice and GO TRY THEM ALL YOURSELF!! Keep up the good food guys! During the pandemic, workers should be wearing a mask and we were disappointed to see workers wearing masks around their neck while handling things in the kitchen. Worst Wing Stop location. First experience waiting over 30 minutes at the store for an online order over an hour in total from when the order was placed. As I waited in store for the order 30 minutes after placing, employees stood around as they told me my order wasn't ready. Once I finally received my order ot was sitting in the window the whole time I waited. Food was cold. Tried again, To order in store this time to ensure i get my meal hot and ready, store had two customers inside waiting about 7 employees. I'm told a 35 minute wait for my order. So I left. Nothing but a bunch of highschool kids that obviously dont wanna work or aren't trained correctly to handle the store. It's not a fast food wing joint so don't expect to be in and out. It'll still take 10-15 minutes for your order. The boneless wings are super heavily breaded. Sauces are not that great. I tried mango habanero, Korean bbq and Hawaiian. Meh. Why the hell don't they have napkins on the tables? It's a wing joint! And that roll of paper towel by the forks and condiments is just silly. Wings is just like everything else. The fries was cold when served probably because it sat there instead of being served or lack of planning. Lastly ,I hope the owner reads this ... work on getting good people , at least average people and not people that clearly has no interest in working there. First , like one review said , the people in the cashier stood there talking and barely acknowledge your presence, more like annoyed that they are interrupted . I asked the girl about something and barely look at me but at least she answered. Napkins should be on the tables and trash bins should be accessible to the customers.
