This was my first time at this Wing Stop location in probably a couple years. It was always really good, as most locations are. The service in store was friendly and there wasn't that long of a wait, but the food quality just wasn't what it was before. The wings were bigger than previously, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they also weren't cooked as crispy as they usually are. Tried the new hot honey dry rub and wasn't that impressed. Horrible service! The hostess/cashier was rude and impatient and simply didn't want to do her job! Multiple people asked for ice to be refilled and it wasn't until a security guard (was a customer) started arguing with her across the room did she get off of the counter she was sitting on and put her phone away to do her job... They didn't decline the order till it's closed. . I have to call the Uber eat assistant to get the order declined. I have been here multiple times since it opened and I literally have to wait 45+ minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. This most recent time, my husband and I arrived around 4:30pm and there was no one else there so we thought it would be quick. We were not told that there would be a wait time so we sat down and waited, after about 30 minutes I got up to ask how much longer and they said five minutes, we waited another 20-30 minutes and at that point they were very busy. Cook in back not wearing mask and joking around/laughing even though it's a law for food service workers to mask up as of today in New Mexico. I politely asked for a refund when I noticed this and then the cashier had him come to talk to me. He denied not wearing a mask to my face after putting it on ( with it of course not covering his nose ) he said he could not refund me since I paid with credit card and id need to return next day for the manager. Just stopped by here today to order some wings and fries to go before hitting the road again. Service started off good until they started to pick up a little and then it seemed chaotic. Waited for our food longer than expected then when we received the food.. they took down our order WRONG and the fries were heavily salted. I would have just ate the wings but they were also heavily salted. Staff did not care about their sodium attack so we just had to order what we originally wanted and fries with no salt. So nice to finally have a Wingstop in Santa Fe. It's brand new and it's packed, so expect to wait at least 20 minutes (probably more) to get your food. But it's worth it. I especially enjoy the fact that's it's across the street from Buffalo Wild Wings. Wingstop tastes much better, is about 60% of the price, and has much friendlier service. read more

Was craving some wings & I wanted to try something new so I did. First & last time I ever go to wing stop. I ordered some mild wings & lemon pepper that were both disappointing. Mild wings tasted watered down beyond flavor. The lemon pepper wings would have tasted better if they used real lemon instead of the artificial stuff. Wings alone didnt have any flavor & were undercooked. I would expect this from buffalo wild wings but not wing stop. Next Time will stick with my favorite wings from boxcar. read more
