I ordered on the Mobile app and we were able to pick it up within the next 15-20 minutes. I specified the time so that it would coincide with when the game started. When I arrived, I saw familiar face working there. It was great to see this worker, Belinda, because she has excellent customer service. She assured me that my order was almost ready, and I was able to watch the beginning ceremony of the FIFA game while I waited on the TV in the restaurant. Our order was perfectly prepared and we even loved that they gave us the right amount of sauces and dressings for dipping our wings and fries. Overall, this is a great location. Called in to pick up the lunch special which when we called to confirm and ask the lady said it includes fries, a drink, and 5pc wing for $7. Bone in was $10. We ordered 2 bone in and 3 boneless and the lady said the total is $43. When we went to pay she charged us for each individual item, totaling $60. Within roughly one minute of placing the order, at 7:01 PM, I called the store to request a cancellation after realizing I had selected the wrong location. Despite how quickly I reached out, I was told the order was already prepared and that a refund could not be issued. This response doesn't align with the timing reflected in the order confirmation, which estimated a 7-12 minute preparation window. Given that I contacted the store almost immediately--and considering standard cook times for wings and fries--it seems highly unlikely the order was completed at that point. I see the sign in the window for the bone five boneless wings if I join the rewards. So I join up go in the store put an order in for classic wings besides wanting the boneless wings. The cashier had no clue what she was doing. I had to tell her a couple times which ones I wanted. She came and got another employee who I guess was the manager in charge and she was not updated with what I wanted so I had to repeat everything all over again. She told me to get the free boneless wings for joining. I had to order online. The sign in the window of the location does not state that. So going forward, I'm not gonna be coming back here. I had a really bad experience im not going to lie, and it made me hesitant to come back. It left a bad taste in my mouth and left a bad impression on me. I placed a preorder expecting my food to be ready at the scheduled time, but instead I was forced to wait an additional hour and 30 minutes, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. There was also confusion with payment. I called my order in, was told I needed to come in to pay, and then still didn't end up paying until after the long wait. This caused me to drive to the restaurant three separate times before finally getting my food, wasting both my time and gas money. After all of that, I was overcharged and didn't receive two of the fries I ordered or the large corn. With the long delay, payment issues, overcharge, and missing items, the experience felt very disorganized and disappointing. So i had to order and PAY for an order of fries and have to wait longer now because he didn't add it to my first order in the beginning. I told him before you offer a customer to complete a survey, maybe make sure to check if the survey is actually working! Some of them are wearing masks improperly (so what's the point, right?). We are in 2023 and there is an ample amount of evidence that proves that wearing a mask does not prevent the spread of covid. Give the shit up already. Forced masking has normalized obscuring faces and everybody should have a problem with that. I've had a lot of over cooked wings and I never ask for well done. Wait times are never accurate and you end up waiting for your food typically 35-45 minutes longer than estimated. My new go to wing stop location... Stopped by this location because I was close by after church and was craving something..... like wingstop! It is on the smaller side when it comes to location and how many seats, tables etc. there is to dine in. The customer service here is great. Nice workers and they keep the place clean and neat all the times I have came to visit. I love how they have everything out for you including plates!! I would always have to ask for plates at other locations so it makes it so much easier an convenient to have the plates out near the utensils, etc. The fries are always crispy as well!! I have been to other locations where the fries are always soggy... and not enjoyable. Glad they make good fries!! I will be coming to this location for my wingstop fix from now on. read more

Best to call in a order so you don't have to wait much. It's not posted, but the $6 special is the best deal. Just ask for it. They serve beer if you're a drinker. I ordered the three piece tender combo with hickory smoked BBQ sauce and a side of baked beans for $8.99. The combo came with a 20 oz drink and I had the unsweetened iced tea. Now, it wasn't the flavor nor the quality of the chicken tenders I had a problem with, it was their inadequate size of all three tenders. Seriously, when the young man brought them to the counter I said, "where are the rest of the tenders I ordered?" He just looked at me with a blank look on his face and said, "That's is just the way they make them." I have to say I disagree because I have had tenders at several Wingstops and they were much larger and plumper than the three little minis I was handed. They looked they were made for a kid's meal. At any rate, the BBQ sauce was tasty with its hint of smoke and hickory. I liked it and would use the sauce again. The little meat the tender had was tender and the breading of the tender was had good texture. I just wish they were big enough to fill me up because these did not. The baked beans were good and came in a little container. They were tasty and arrived piping hot, so hot that I had to let them sit for a bit. The unsweetened ice tea was not happening.
