Place is awful when it comes to deliveries. Once they forgot my drink and it took 3 weeks to refund, next they gave the drinks to the delivery guy and forgot to give them $70 worth of food. Went to the El Cajon location during National Wings Day. Ordered online around 8:20PM and was able to pick up my food by 9PM. The parking lot is a little small, so it may be hard to find parking during busy hours (and the spots are tight). The staff are very friendly and the manager (I'm assuming she's the manager) offered to give me credit for free wings after I told her I accidentally forgot to put in the promo code for free wings. We ordered online for a pickup order, the classic meal deal for 2. Comes with 20 wings (up to 4 flavors), large fry, and 2 dipping sauces. We chose 15 hot and 5 garlic parmesan. The only gripe I have is that the website said the order would be ready in 15 minutes, but it was more like 30 minutes. Its located in a small strip business plaza, which is pretty busy but seems like you would be able to find a spot unless its peak lunch or dinner times. When we got the food home, we were glad that the food had the usual wingstop quality we are used to. The regular hot wings were delicious as usual. The garlic parmesan were flavorful, but a tad dry, I might go with another one next time. The fries, which I remember as usually being soggy, were less soggy this time around lol. The fries were okay, the chicken tenders were crunchy and the boneless wings were pretty good but there wasn't much pizzazz to them. I thought the sauce would be saucier but maybe it tastes different if it were bone-in instead of boneless. The service was nice, super patient with me because I had no idea what to order. The place was empty, lots of pick up orders while I was waiting for my food. Didn't wait more than 15-20 minutes. I couldn't enjoy the meal at all because the salt completely overpowered everything else. For the price, this is unacceptable.
