I was very excited when they put the sign out for this place. I have had it once before and was really impressed compared to Buffalo Wild Wings. Once they finally opened, it did not disappoint. The wings were just as good as I remember. I did mild and medium, as I am a traditionalist. I go for the boneless, as the traditional are way more work. The people who work here are so dumb. First, they weren't offering online orders when we tried, so we had to call to place the order. They said they refused to take an order over the phone because they didn't trust us to pick it up. What the actual f*ck are you taking about? We said we could pay over the phone but they said that's not possible either. Then, he said he could take the order over the phone when we started questioning that. It was a 40 piece meal and a 20 piece meal done over the phone. Then, the worker backtracked and said they had to clear it with the manager. Apparently, the manager loves offending customers because they refused to place the order over the phone -- remember there was no online option either -- and told the worker we had to come into the store and place the order and then wait at least 20 minutes for them to make it because they don't trust us to pay for our food. Basically, this location treats every customer like they are some kind of thief and are not afraid to say it to their face. Three stars is generous here. This place is clean and looks nice, but their employees completely ruin it. It has the potential to be a great business, but they need to seriously focus on who they are hiring and invest in proper training. Staff is insanely slow and extremely rude to customers. Myself and others in my family have ordered from Wingstop about 5 times in the last year or so. the first time was pretty good but it's gotten worse from there. This last order does it....I'm done. the food quality is terrible. Under cooked and over cooked wings in the same order?? I have asked for well done fries EVERY TIME and I always get soggy fries. The Garlic parm and Lemon Pepper wings had very little flavor, almost unable to differentiate them from the plain wings. By contrast, I've ordered them and had them come almost floating in sauce/seasoning. I always get the boneless wings and they wildly inconsistent is size. I swear, it's worse when you request well done wings too as there were a few under cooked ones in there too. A friend and I decided to go here based on his suggestion since everything else seemed to be closed at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. There was no seating but I'm not sure if that was because of covid or because they closed in an hour. It was really hard to hear the cashier talk through the plexiglass and I could barely even hear my friend when he was talking to me from a couple feet away. It must have been the acoustics of the room since all of the furniture was pushed up against the wall and the ventilation drowning out everything. We both got the 10 piece meal. My friend got the boneless with BBQ and fries and I got the bone-in with original hot sauce and fries. The wait was extremely long. Over 30 mins. I found that to be weird since they're making wings for other orders. It shouldn't take that long to fry several orders of wings at once and then toss in sauce... or fry several orders of fries at once. They also had to fill out drinks up at the fountain machine for us. That was odd but I understand due to covid. The guy did go and put on gloves just to grab our drinks. The BBQ boneless wings were good. The sauce was good and they were big! Way bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings' boneless wings. The Bone in wings were a good size but the original Buffalo sauce seemed a little odd. Definitely not your traditional Frank's Red Hot based sauce. The fries were really good! The seasoning they put on them was good. They also packed everything we needed in our bags except for napkins but they did include some wet naps. I would consider wet naps to be for after you're done eating and you should still get regular napkins. They used giant paper bags the size of grocery bags for a single combo which seemed excessive. The online for pickup goes through DoorDash, which said our order would take 40 minutes before ready. We live just 7 miles from the location, so we waited, but still were there to pickup 20 minutes early based on DoorDash ready time. The order was already sitting out and ready for pickup.
