All the people before me and after me were called. I went up to ask and they told me it would be another 5 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and it was still not ready. We ordered online, through the Uber eats app. We had the: Garlic Parmesan, Mango habanero, Spicy Korean, and the Hickory smoked BBQ. food was ready, faster and super tasty. The food was ready and set somewhat faster than I expected it especially for a busy day like New Year's Eve after 8PM. I loved how everything was fresh, tasty and everyone enjoyed the meal including the special bundle that came with seasoned fries. By the way, make sure to get them well done and seasoned. When I came in, the staff were very welcoming and the restaurant environment was very positive. I asked for extra ketchup and the staff were friendly about it, not like other wingstop I've been. TL;DR: tasty food and great service! Recommend ordering to go. My teen was hangry and wanted Wingstop. The employees at 7:45pm last night were young and energetic and extremely friendly to us and everyone we saw them interact with. After we paid, we realized we accidentally ordered the food with the wrong side. They were easily able to switch it for us. Thumbs up on customer service! My daughter got the hickory BBQ and Korean BBQ 6-piece meal (you get to choose two sauces). It's a little pricey, but the serving was generous, and it comes with either veggies and ranch or fries. The chicken was VERY saucy (which my daughter and I both appreciate), and yet, the boneless wings were crispy, not soggy at all. Both sauces were yummy. Thumbs up to the food! 5/5 on food and service. It's just the ambiance that's lacking. It's in not the nicest strip mall by an overpass, and while there is nothing particularly wrong with the interior, it just doesn't have fun hanging out ambiance. Came into this wing stop to order a REG FRY!! The lady (cashier) did not speak English and asked men if I spoke Spanish. When I said no she started to look at her phone and started texting. Pretty good wings~~ The skin was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy inside. (Bone in wings of course). I had the lemon pepper and mild. Lemon pepper was a little too sour for me but still tasty. Mild tasted like a version of buffalo sauce, and while I normally am not a buffalo fan, I found the flavor to be pretty good actually. Like a toned down buffalo. Fries were very potato-y and tasty. Simple seasoning. They were a little on the limpy side, but went very well with the ranch. The ranch was top tier. So creamy. I ordered food from Wingstop through the app for delivery. When the delivery person arrived, I was outside, calling and texting to ask where they were. Despite my clear instructions to deliver the food to a specific location on my college campus, they claimed it wasn't their problem. The driver marked my order as delivered but left it in a random location I've never seen before. I'm certain they took the food instead of delivering it. I live on a college campus, and my delivery instructions were very clear, including a noticeable landmark, the flagpole, with a big sign in front of our school. This experience has wasted both my time and money. I contacted DoorDash, and they said they would reach out to the Wingstop store. However, the store did not answer after multiple calls. When I called the store myself, they refused to refund me, stating that they had handed the food to the DoorDash driver. I requested that a veggie pack be upgraded to a side fries instead they charged me the full price for a side fries. The real topper to this crappy dining experience was when I got home and unpacked the bags we found we were short ten on one flavor, I called and they gave me the option of a credit or come pick them up. I can order on the phone and save myself some time or in person and they're still pretty quick with the order. The food always comes correct and the portions definitely suit the cost. The options for flavors in the wings and types of sauces really make for a good variety. I think I've finally found the combo I like best. I usually don't write reviews but here we go. I walked into RWC Winsgtop around 11:30 AM and there were no other customers. The store did seem to be receiving mobile orders but there was no one else in except me. I had roughly a 30 piece togo order that took about 30 minutes to make. When I got home to enjoy my food, I realized that I was missing my fries which I specifically confirmed to be seasoned after purchase, extra ranch sauce which was paid for, as well as an 8 piece lemon pepper all-flats order that turned out to be 8 piece NO SAUCE mixed bone-in chicken. I know mistakes can happen but there didn't seem to be more than 2 orders being worked on at a time. This just seemed to be carelessness and disregard for the order especially when it's not even busy. I called three times to request for a partial refund and no one is answering the call.
