This was a bad experience for me at this location. First time ordering here. They were late on the pickup order which was given 30 mins headsup of 50 wings (36 lemon peppers, 15 atomic) , 3 fries, 1 mix veggies, and 4 ranch sauce. It was slow, there weren't anyone there for dine in. Fries were wet and soggy. The wings were beyond dry, lemon peppers wasn't evenly tossed. It was bland considering lemon pepper. At another location in Elk Grove, they were able to coat the entire wings and even had extra at the bottom of the togo containers. This location had some parts seasoned and some part just plain wings. It shows staff were taking shortcuts and wings weren't tossed correctly. They only gave me drums! Shouldn't there be a mix of drums and flats? But it was all 50 drums no flats. So be sure that you request. Atomic was fine but no flavor. I wouldn't go for Atomic next time and I wouldn't go to this location as well. Ranch was the best thing here. Service wasn't impressive or even at a norm. No smiles and not welcoming. I'm about done being a patron at this business. We've ordered here a handful of times (mostly out of convenience bc it's close to home) and I can't recall a single visit where the food/service was worth commending. The fries are always soggy and over seasoned. The to-go containers/bags get handed to you drenched in grease. The last two times I didn't get any veggies with my order (which I paid for and requested). The employees don't do anything beyond work the kitchen - no customer service skills whatsoever... the dining area furniture is still disheveled and not being used "bc of COVID". My kids DO enjoy the wings though, hence the repeat visits per their request. Our favorite flavors are Original, Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Hot Honey Rub. Every time I order at this location, I'm waiting an extra 10-15 minutes for an order I placed online so I can avoid waiting. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:21 at the latest and now I'm here at 11:45 with my order still not ready and all I ordered was a 6 piece combo. And on top of having to wait, the workers ignore you and don't use gloves when handling the food and normally I wouldn't be as concerned with the no gloves IF YOU WASH YOUR HANDS RIGHT BEFORE. This is purely on service not the food because we'll we didn't get to try the food (yet). My girlfriend and I placed a order online for the whole family 7 of us total. Went to pick it up and while we were early they should have been open. But she got to wait outside in the rain till they unlocked the door. That took about 5 minutes. She was then told it would be another 10 minute wait. Which you know what I completely do understand it was a lot of food. She happily came out with the bag a few minutes later and we came home. To unpack none of the food we ordered. Like the order wasn't even close at all. But here is the kicker..... when call the phone number on the email confirmation of the order it tells you the wireless subscriber is not accepting calls. When you call the number listed here in Yelp that number is disconnected. She is now driving back to the store (about 10 mins away) to hopefully rectify the situation. We will see. read more

I also noticed they disconnected their phone line. I was told to order online or use Door Dash. Been here a couple of times. The last time I went was a long time ago due to waiting an hr for my food. However, I decided to order ahead of time on their app so I can take it home and pack it for lunch since I was too lazy to cook. On the app, I was able to schedule for a later time so I could just pick it up and good. When I arrived there, I was lucky enough to find parking up front. I walked in and there was only one guy in front of me that was picking up a to go order and two other people sitting in the restaurant. I was greeted by an employee, who kindly told me to hold on to take an order over the phone. It was all good since I wasn't in a rush. Shortly after, I told him I was there for a pick up and then he took my payment (if you order online, you have an option to pay in store). A couple minutes go by, I was about to sit down, expecting it to take a few minutes but the employee who helped me at the register, handed me my food. Awesome! I was stoked I didn't have to wait! To be treated this way, really broke me tonight. He embarrassed us in front of the staff. We wanted Wingstop for dinner and chose to order Door Dash since they've been so busy lately with extra-long wait times. We wanted to stay in on New Year's Eve. They forgot my wings completely, so I called he said to come in and he'll get those ready. He never told me to bring in the food that we did get. I offered to, but he never responded to that. We jumped in my car to go get the wings that they forgot. On the way I started thinking that our fries will be cold by the time we get back. I didn't think that was right since it wasn't our fault. So, when we got there, I asked for replacement fries since mine will be cold and he said, "it's not my fault you left them at home." I told him, "It's not my fault that they forgot my wings and I had to come in and when I get home my fries will be cold." He literally argued with me about when I eat my fries and it's not his fault, I didn't eat them already. I was baffled. Ok, if you won't replace them, FINE but don't be rude and say it's not his fault that they get cold. I asked him, " was I supposed to eat my fries and then come get my wings and eat everything separately?" He got really rude and said he wasn't going to give us free food, because there was nothing wrong with the fries. The tone of his voice was condescending and entitled. He could see that I was upset. Then, He said he would replace the fries. Then he started walking towards me and asked for a hug. I backed up and told him, "NO." I didn't feel comfortable with that. Then he said "get out of my store. Don't come back here. I'm not giving you those fries." I asked for his name and he refused. He wasn't wearing a name tag. This is not how you treat people on New Year's Eve after making a mistake on their order where they paid for delivery service and had to go into the store anyway due to a mistake on their end. The wings here taste great, however the service at this location is terrible. They should advertise that they give priority to the online and door dash orders. They let you know ahead of time that it will be a 30 minute wait for your food, meanwhile they turn out 5-10 online pickup orders as you sit there and wait in the dining room. Also, I had a gift card and wanted to know my balance before ordering any food, but the guy at the register said he's unable to check gift card balances.
