Even though the tenders and the sauces were good, they blew my order...*TWICE!*. . I wanted to try a new place in the shopping center , but they were closing within 20 minutes so I didn't get a chance to eat there. I went to another place across the street, even though their hours sign and a sign on the door said that they were open on Sunday, they were closed. So I did decided to come here. Unfortunately, in this case, three strikes and I was out. The place was clean, and the people were friendly. I haven't been here in years, and I remember the food being good. I mentioned that to the guy behind the counter. It appears that the girl behind the register was being trained, as he was explaining to her how to put the order in. I'm trying to eat healthier, so I requested a six iwing boneless combo, "naked", or plain, with no breathing. She even put the word "plain" in the order, I asked what the sides were, and he said. Fries, corn, or veggie sticks. I figured, corn. A cup of corn. That would be nice. For my sauces, I ordered the Hawaiian and the lemon pepper sauce. It also came with blue cheese. There was a large selection of sauces. Ranging from mild, to ultra hot. Both of my sauces were listed as mild, and that's what I got. The order comes relatively quick, and instead of boneless naked wings, I got bone in breaded wings. I was just going to eat it. But I took one bite, and the wings tasted funny. I don't know if it was the skin, I don't know if it was the oil, but I brought them back to the counter. The gentleman was nowhere to be found, so I told the lady who originally took my order, that I had requested the boneless naked wings. She said, "oh, I thought you ordered the classic wings." she said she would redo my order, and I got my replacement chicken within just a couple of minutes. They got the order wrong, a second time. This time, I did get boneless, , but once again, they were breaded and fried. I decided not to go for a third crack at my order, so I just ate the tenders. I will say that the tenders were good. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the breading was not greasy, and it also had a good flavor to it. I could definitely taste the lemon pepper in the lemon pepper sauce, and the Hawaiian sauce had a teriyaki/pineapple flavor. The blue cheese was creamy and good. However, they still got my order wrong twice. The corn? Nope. For my side order, all he told me was "corn." it was fried corn. It was very spicy, and it was over buttered. The corn left a film of grease on my fingers. Again, I had told the gentleman that I hadn't been there in years, he should've mentioned that the corn was fried. All he said was, "corn." While I was eating, he came by through the dining room, but didn't even stop to ask how I was doing or how my meal was. I just let it be. For all of this, and a soda, I did pay under 20 bucks, and there was a military/veterans discount. Even though the second chicken order was OK, I still didn't get what I asked for. Came in and the vibes were awful. Ordered $70+ of food, was told with a rude tone it would take 25 minutes due to our crazy requests ( well done, all drums, extra seasoning on the parm wings). I love eating wingstop! This place is the most quickest place i have ever ordered from any place i had went for my food from ordering over the counter. The waiting time is estimated around 5-10mins but that depends on what kind order you gets but I usually get boneless combos, which is 6-10 boneless wings with large seasoned french fries and 20 oz cup for drink. I have to say this your boneless chicken isn't the best and i think it's because of cooking it on high heat and the outside looks good but the inside doesn't always cooks throughout but as for seasoned french fries, i have no complaints. read more

5 stars because of the staff that made and packed our wings today--Sunday, September 7, 2025. Placed our order around 12:49pm and picked it up around 1:05pm. There was barely any wait even though they were busy cooking and handling online/mobile orders. Even my 7-year old son who came along with me made a comment about how fast we got our food! Customer service upfront from the gentleman (who was also multitasking packing up pick up orders) was excellent! Very polite and accommodating. Service - both times I've been at this location I have observed that when a customer has a concern, the manager doesn't seem to care and becomes threatening by grabbing the bag of food and starts to walk away and says "I'll cancel the order" instead of trying to remedy the situation. Usually when it's not that great I'll just take my L and then try again. This is the last time that I'm getting Wingstop from this location. At this point Im ready to just make my own at home The wait was so long and they were apologetic and gave extra ranch but man these wings were terrible. Almost all of them had feathers and the rub on them was so wet that all the flavor just disappeared. It has never been this bad before, like I said I am understanding and will never complain. I've been coming to this Wingstop location for over 15+ years. It has never been as bad as it is now. Not the same. Bathroom always been dirty, never ever used it in my life so not worried about it. I waited 20-30 mins after my pick up time for my order. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. The issues is they got kids working there and kids don't care about anything. If you wanna work with food then you gotta realize people got to eat and need to adhere to that. Do things quickly and efficiently. To me it looks like they eating up all the Wingstop back there.
