If you want bad service and the wrong order every time you order, this is your place. If it was one time every now any then that's one thing. I give up on with this location. When I brought this to their attention they were rude. I told them this was a poor location and they lost my business. I was told we will be ok! We have Wingstop at least once a week well, we used to. Your carrots and celery are just thrown in the brown paper bag.

It always takes too long for the food. Last two times it has been over 25 minutes for a small wing order. Horrible service.

Wings 5 Service 4…read moreAmbience 3 Value 5 Excellent wings. I especially enjoyed the extra crispy smoky bourbon. Service was attentive. Ambience was not for me. Loud music, loud conversations, cold, bright, sparse, and booth seats too far from table (both sides). Value. Everything on their menu (good variety) was very reasonably priced. Will I be back? If I'm in the mood for good wings and don't mind being overstimulated, heck yes.

Husband had wanted to try this place for a while it's nearby us so we finally did tonight…read more Service was horrible. Husband ordered himself a beer and mashed potatoes for baby to come out first since she was fussy. Never came out. He finally asked where his beer was and was told "it must not have gone through" so he ended up getting it well after we received our dinner. Mashed potato's were inedible but I don't fault them for that it's a wing place. However I asked the waiter what drinks came with the kids meal for our older daughter and she mentioned strawberry lemonade so we ordered it. Ended up charging us $7 for a 6 year old to drink one cup of lemonade... even tho kids menu mentions it includes a drink.... They don't print the receipt til after you pay so even though we tried to double check the little tablet thing they have it is so small and can't see the whole bill so we didn't realize til after we paid. Anyways 2 stars because the wing sauce is really good, but the wings themselves are veerrrry small. Fries and tots were good too. So all in all if we ever ate there again it would definitely be a take out order.

2 Stars....and here's why…read more The stars are given purely based on food taste. The crispy, naked wings were great and the sauce was perfect. That's where the good ends. The wife's buffalo chicken sandwich was covered in sauce--not just the chicken, but the whole thing. Outside, inside, everywhere. It was so slippery she couldn't hold onto it. The onion rings were...just blah. Fries were typical (definitely not snob-worthy) My wings weren't hot, warm maybe, but could tell that they were plated for 15 of the 20 minutes we waited for the order (we were the only guests there). It was super dark in the restaurant, so much so that we had to make sure they were actually open. There was no one else in the business other than the employees. I'm assuming that the dark light situation was to cover what we eventually found to be total filth. When we ordered, paid, and sat down, the staff turned on the music so loud that the three in our party couldn't even talk to one another. The tables were dirty. The fountain drink machine was in disarray, as was the self-serve station. No napkins, plastic ware, or typical accoutrements. The hallway to the restrooms looks like it needed a deep cleaning, and the single potty room looked and smelled like a daycare. The paper towel dispenser was problematic. When we left, the staff demanded that we clean the table off--as the cook sat on the floor behind the counter charging his phone. I thought it was ironic considering how the entire place felt disgustingly dirty. We're a wing-loving family. We wanted to try this as a new place for one of our favorite treats. Based on the experience, we won't be back. Instead, we'll be trying Wing Daddy's up the road next time. I like how the ownership appears to take to heart the negative reviews. But this one is a sincere plea for real change before this business falters and shuts their doors as another bygone attempt at food service.

Deliciousness! When…read morei learned of this Ricky's location I was looking forward to coming after having the Richardson location bookmarked for so long. We arrived about 30 minutes after they opened with the place practically to ourselves and we had plenty of time to review the menu and ask the cashier questions. I decided on the sando meal with the slaw on the side, heat level hot and my sis and I shared some fried pickles. Everything looked delectable when it came out. Starting with the fried pickles, these were the best fried pickles I've ever had they were super crispy, perfect pickle thickness and we got the hot seasoning on them which took them over the top! The ranch that came with the pickles was also very good. The chicken sandwich was so big, I was excited to tackle it and it also didn't disappoint. The chicken sandwich was very crispy, juicy, seasoned well and the hot seasoning was spicy but manageable and I liked the comeback sauce that comes on it. I asked a couple times while ordering for the slaw to be put on the side just in case I didn't like it but the slaw still ended up on my sandwich and an extra slaw was added to our ticket; unfortunately I didn't care for the taste of the slaw at all. The fries are crinkle cut and were fresh and delicious as well. Warning to the salt sensitive folk, everything here was highly seasoned but so delicious. Taking off a star for the slaw mix up and the table/napkin dispenser was dirty, but I can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!

I ordered the red velvet waffle with bourbon cream cheese and vanilla drizzle, plus three lemon pepper wings with sweet honey sauce. Let's start with the waffle. It was just okay for me. It didn't really give "red velvet" flavor like I expected. However, that bourbon cream cheese? 10/10. Easily the best part of the meal. Smooth, flavorful, and it definitely elevated the waffle more than the waffle did itself. Now the wings. They were jumbo wings (which I don't normally go for), and they were almost a burnt crispy and hard to pull apart. I ordered lemon pepper with sweet honey sauce, but I didn't receive the sweet honey sauce. As someone from the South who takes chicken seriously, I was hoping for bold lemon pepper flavor throughout. Unfortunately, most of the seasoning seemed to stay on the outside, and the actual chicken inside was very bland. I'm a big chicken fan, so it was disappointing that I couldn't even finish them. Overall, I was really looking forward to trying this place, but based on this experience, it just wasn't for me. This is only my personal opinion and experience and I was disappointed and wasted money.
