The place was super clean the people who work there are very nice , The wings were excellent the carrots and celery taste fresher than a supermarket. This sweet tea was perfect 2TV to watch while you're eating. The place was pretty full when I got there when I left there was one lady with a group of kids and one of the kids left his hat inside and one of the employees got his hat and came outside to give it to the kid !!!! that that was so nice of them to go out of their way to do that..Give those guys a raise. Placed a carry out order at 4:19 for a 6:15 pickup. Arrived at 6pm and was informed our order wasn't in the system. Manager finally emerged from the back and said "Your order is in the back. You're not even supposed to be here until 6:15!" They finally brought our order from the back at 6:40. And they left items out of our order. read more

Been here once and it will probably be the last time. Wings are way overpriced, their flavors hardly coat the wings (most of the seasoning is sitting in a pile on the bottom), and their pricing for extra dipping sauce is ridiculous for the amount of money you spend. Last time we went to this Wing Stop we waited over 30 mins to get our order. Others were complaining as well about the long wait times. Today we returned and there was two people waiting for carry out orders and one couple sitting in the dining area. When we went to order the cashier told us the wait time for our order would be over 35 mins. We left and went next door to the Chinese restaurant. Today September 30th we walked in at 11:50 am and there were no customers dining in the restaurant. We asked how long the wait was and the girl said 45 minutes. I give up! We recently dined in for dinner since the kids love the wings & fries. We ordered a family pack of boneless wings & fries - Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, & Cajun. All were very good. I'm a bit sad they got rid of the baked beans as those were a favorite but oh well. We waited about 20 mins or so for our food. firstly , i hate this fucking place but not because of the food , but because of the workers. especially the fucking manager. my wife placed her order at about 6:30. her niece also placed an order at about 6:20 . both orders were supposed to be ready between 7:05 & 7:15. arrived at about 7:20 and neither order had even been started. store had about 7 other customers having the SAME ISSUE ! placing an online order that don't even start to be made until you walk in. i didn't see how they were so fucking behind when they have 5-6 people on the fucking kitchen. I DIDNT GET MY WIFES FOOD UNTIL 7:55 and instead of some type of apology or explanation from that uppity ass manager , he turned his lip up at me like i don't have the right to be upset when my order was supposed to be ready at 7:15. then , the manager brings out a bag , looks me in my face and just holds the bag out like i'm supposed to be grateful. i make it home , and the ENTIRE ORDER IS FUCKING WRONG ! NOT 1 thing i ordered was in the bag. take the food back , and once again , no type of accountability or apology and not it's like HE has an attitude. that manager is full of shit and that store is trash af. a district manager needs to go and fire the whole fucking house and get people who WANT to work. literally every single person i saw come in while i was there faced the same problem. if you look at this location on google and check the reviews , they have been getting this type of complaint for months now. read more

I came in here with a couple of my friends tonight, and let me tell you the customer service was TERRIBLE. We walked in and were all taking some time to look at the menu and the employee continues to say "let's go guys" trying to get us to hurry up. We came in two hours before closing hours so there should not have been an issue with time. One of my friends starts to pay with cash and he begins to sigh and roll his eyes at him. My other friend who was paying for me also payed with cash and he made a fuss about it. After that our food came out and someone at our table did not get the fries that he ordered with his combo. Mind you the worker that took our order was at this point sitting down while on FaceTime with someone. So he told him he didn't get his fries and he proceeds to tell him he didn't order the combo when it said he did on his receipt . Luckily someone finally brought out his fries. Basically the whole time he was giving us attitude for no reason (I have a small suspicion he was doing this because of our race) Ive never experienced customer service this bad and I'm very disappointed cause we are always at this wingstop. This is not a bad review on the staff or business owner. They were nice on the phone and timely with the order. This is just about the food. I'm not used to eating here or a ton of wings in general. When I do, it's fresh chicken and often grilled then fried. I ordered boneless and maybe that was my mistake. These seemed like pre-frozen chicken nuggets and did not taste any different than something I could have gotten out of the freezer section at Krogers. Ordered garlic parm and it was overloaded......thank goodness the ranch help me get those down. The other order was teriyaki and it was a highly processed taste as well. I paid $15 for 15 boneless wings. Maybe this is how food tastes at Wingstop and clearly some people love that flavor profile. Very tired of this location. It seems that they can't get their shit together. Every time I order food from there I'm disappointed. They don't season the fries nor the wings. None of them seem to have any sense of urgency. I will be taking my business away from my local wingstop. Very disappointed. The last time I went in I waited for an hour and a half for my food. Finally received it and all I got were 30 plain boneless wings.... I ordered bone in Hot lemon...... went back and had to wait another hour to get my food and the fries were still not seasoned. Placed an order online, included one of the large jugs of lemonade. I arrived at the store to pick up my order & they said it would be about 5 minutes (no problem) food came out & they noticed all of the sudden they were out of the lemonade, he offered me a medium drink in exchange. I politely declined asking for a simple refund on the lemonade. He said unfortunately the manager isn't here so I can't give you a refund. I asked for a large drink instead & he said sure but it will be just a few minutes while we "restart" the drink machine? So I have been sitting here for about 15 minutes so they can do that & now they're saying the machine isn't working. As someone who has worked in this type of business for years, I know first hand that there should always be some sort of manager/shift lead on site during the shift. Today 12/13/17 Wingstop opened up in Prosper! Came in thinking the wings would need some time to get em right because it's a new store but I was wrong! Wings are great and I love em especially that I get em crispy/extra crispy. Fries are good also. Glad this place opened up in the neighborhood. read more

Wow. This place needs to get it together. The restaurant wasn't busy but the wait was ridiculous. I watched one couple get up after sitting for 30+ minutes and walk out. They asked for their money back. The soda machine had no ice so that was neat. The entire place was filthy. Food, trash, etc was everywhere. I picked the least disgusting table to sit down. I'm pretty sure they only cook one order at a time. It took 35 minutes for my order to come out, and I'm pretty sure it was only because I went up to ask about it. Two minutes later my order appeared with hot fries and cold tenders. This is my first time at this location. The location I normally go to at 380 and Custer is sooo much better. I never write reviews, but this location is so bad that I created a yelp account just to warn people. I've order from this location for years now and normally for 4 - 8 people about every week or two. The delivery is so bad that my friends and I started to keep track. Out of the last 55 orders something was wrong 47 times. Pretty bad track record. Unless its a main dish missing we just quit complaining. I even spoke to their area manager who offered me coupons and discounts, but I refused and just asked him to fix the location because we love wingstop but hate this location. Needless to say, the location is not fixed. We finally got annoyed and when a recent order was wrong again and called for either a refund or for them to deliver the rest of the order. After being on hold for nearly half an hour for a manager, someone came over picked up the phone and then immediately hung up on us. We called back and got the manager the second time around. The lady manager that spoke with us was very rude from the get go and frankly we became rude right back (to be fair and honest.) They refused to do either option. We insisted that they needed to deliver the whole order but were told that we were entitled people and that we should not expect a full order to be delivered. Obviously that is nonsense and ridiculous. Basically the manager went full woke on us and it turned into a yelling match. We've talked to this manager before and she has always 100% of the time been a very rude person, who seems to be mad at the world and never happy about anything. This manager never accepts responsibility and is the obvious main cause for the massive issues at this location. We have since denied the charges and gotten our money back. I hope the manager of this location reads this and realizes that despite her best efforts, we won. read more

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews on here so maybe they have improved since then but I ordered online, it was ready when I got there and the wings were yummy! Orders are always wrong, the guy at the counter(not sure his name but it's the same guy every time) is always combative and we've caught him lying twice when there's been an issue. The staff here needs some training in customer service. When they get your order wrong you have to prove it to them while they yell and argue with you. This evening we placed an online order using their app. When we got our order it was wrong so we tried telling them, immediately Teo started arguing with my husband saying show me your receipt, unfortunately Eric the cashier did not give him one. Since my husband could produce a receipt, even thought Teo was holding it and would not show my husband, I had to pull up my email. When I went up there to show him why he was wrong he proceeded to yell and talk over me. He then said that I needed to call his company and take it up with them as he did not feel he was wrong even though it was in black and white. I then asked for the managers name, which happened to be Teo so I asked for his bosses name and Sandy came out and pointed to the wall and told me to call that number. I asked again for Teo's bosses name and very smug she said again I could call the number. I said its a simple thing to give me the GM's name and she finally said Ryan and she smiled and smarted off. I have no plans to eat here again as I should not have to pay for a wrong order and be treated with disrespect. As we were leaving 2 customers stopped us and agreed they were in the wrong and they too cannot stand coming here and wouldn't if there husbands had not requested wings. Just remember Wing Stop we all did fine without you for years, I will not miss you. You need me as a paying customer for your business to thrive, not the other way around. Do not eat here. We were there on Friday night at 9 and they don't close until12 am but the cook decided to clean the last fryer closest to the register. On the right side sat a tub of raw chicken and on the left side a fryer was cooking wings. The cook took a 12 inch piece of cardboard and started sprayer degreaser all on the inside and on the walls of the last fryer preparing to shut it down. He used the card board to shield the chemicals from the working fryer and the raw chicken on each side. Of course over spray was getting everywhere. Then he got a spray gun put the cardboard down and started spraying down the degreaser with water. Nothing we even attempted to shield anything. I decided i wanted my money back. The employee got the manager/owner don't know which. He's a bigger guy with an accent and has been there each time we have came in. He walked past the employee cleaning the fryer. This would have been his chance to make it right. He should have coached the employee on the proper way to clean and coach him on food safety, starting with asking him to stop spraying water that was splashing poison on food and asking him to dump all contaminated food. He walked up to the register instead and started to give me my money back. Here he failed again instead of apologizing and telling us he would help his employee with food safety. He was abrupt in asking for my for my receipt. At this point while giving it to him I asked him if his cook had his food handler certification and he ignored me, I asked him why was he using a degreaser around raw and cooked food and he looked up at me and said " I got it". I asked him what was the hurry in shutting down a fryer when they are open another 3 hours or why cook food around him cleaning and why is the raw chicken out to be contaminated. He said something to the affect for me to not worry about it. We got our money and left and yes he was rude, unprofessional and lacks leadership and coaching experience but the more pressing issue is how many people have been eating food contaminated with poison nightly. Watching this cook and his method of cleaning you clearly see he does the same routine every shift. WILL NEVER BE BACK read more
