I just received help with my order from Rebecca at the Railroad location. She was very polite and helpful. I appreciate her help!

I arrived here at 11:47. It was two workers inside a Hispanic male who was on a fryer, and another Hispanic male who was sitting in the back of the restaurants where customers would normally sit at upon me, coming in nobody said anything to me and the cashier just looked at me crazy like he was surprised that anybody had walked in. I asked him could I order and he said no that they were closed I proceeded to pull out my phone and look at the time and it was 1147 so I didn't understand why he was saying they were closed when the cook was Clearly still frying food. read more

Second time ordering here , first time my food was good I was shocked from reading the comments how bad it is , but today that shit was the worst ! The wings were cold and the fries were not cooked and I think one chicken wing I ate was not fully cooked . I hope I don't get sick I'll update you guys updated . Never ordering from here . I rather drive and waste gas to Clayton now they know how to make wings perfectly. Honestly get better cooks or better management because it's terrible. read more

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I get there the girl couldn't find my order. She kept saying "you probably ordered from Pittsburg ". "Are you sure you ordered from the Railroad location...?" I told her I was sure I ordered from Railroad location...I showed her my receipt on my phone. She says "oh, is that your name?" I said "yes ...". She says "oh...you don't sound like your name...". Wow...so I said "really...so what name do I sound like...???" Oh, and the veggie sticks I ordered were dirty...yes, dirty...like they didn't wash the veggies before cutting them...I won't be going back there again... read more

Drive a little farther to get to the Antioch location.. they don't make the food how you order it and overcook the wings and fries to the point of no return... $55 wasted ‍ read more

I seriously wanted to love this place. They took forever to open so when they did I wanted to go. This is literally right off the freeway. Parking sucks here because it's hard to get in and out. I called and called and no one answered. I placed my order online. I also order an extra side of hot sauce because the original hot tends to dry out. The order took 40 minutes not unusual for a Saturday night. My husband picked up the order I drove home and half my order was missing. I'm understanding when it's an item but half ! Then I called and of course no one answered. So I drove all the way back. I told a woman who was bagging the orders and instead of working on my 3 missing side of fries and hot sauce they kept on making other people's orders. I waited inside with like 20 other annoyed people. It took about 25 minutes to get my 3 fries and side of hot sauce. I saw what the problem was there was about 10 people in the back running into each other. There's no order in the kitchen. Whoever trained the staff sucks and they need to be retrained. I rather drive to the next town to save myself the aggravation. It will probably be less of a wait.sorry but if you come here you'll be annoyed save yourself the aggravation. read more

This was my first stop at this location and let me tell you I will not be returning. I ordered through the Wingstop app (which I've done many times at other locations) half of the order was missing. I tried emailing through the app; no response. I called the restaurant; no response and no answer. He definitely lost a customer and I am out 20 bucks.... read more

I understand most the time these wings take long but the staff was actually really nice and they were professional as well. The girl who worked the counter saunday night made sure we got our order correct and attended everyone who was waiting for their order in a professional matter. I always make sure I give wingstop a good 30 mins for any order I place. read more

Horrrible customer service , had to wait almost an hour for 15 wings and they didn't greet anybody when they walked in and they seem very unprofessional and like they can care less for there jobs I wouldn't come back just because how long they took to greet us read more

Avoid this place! They forgot my wings. Okay, fine. I'll call and make sure they know before I drive over. 15 minutes on hold. Okay fine I'll drive over. Go there, the young man working at the cash register is apologetic said that they will make me a fresh order offered me dipping sauce. Less than 2 minutes later I get my freshly made order...ummm so I asked the guy who handed it to me if this was fresh or sitting out for 25 minutes. He gave me the BIGGEST attitude ever! Like his facial expressions and tone was literally like why the hell are you even questioning this! How dare you. The words he said weren't that much better. I will never go back ever again. read more

Order 8piece combo online but for some reason the chicken at this place tasted off. I did not bother asking for a refund. I would avoid this place in the future. read more

Ive seen bad reviews for this place but my experience was actually great. I received my food on time, still hot recently served and the quality of the food was great. I had atomic wings and habanero both which were amazing. Not to mention the fries were fresh. Great location I did not have any complaints. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They skimped me of 3 chicken wings and most of my chicken was raw. A waste of money. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I thought the Pittsburg one was bad. They not only took 1 hr to make my meal, 20 piece, 3 flavors , two sauce, almost forgot, and vooodo fries. I'm used to this because of the Pittsburg one. So I open my meal and see I have lakes with little chickens floating around. So I decided to wipe it off, because I don't feel like dealing with them this time. And take a bite, guess what? Don't tell me.... They gave me undercooked chicken. No more Wingstop, and I hate Buffalo Wild Wings. So guess no more wings for me. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with this Wingstop on railroad. I ordered through DoorDash and the restaurant absolutely fucked my order. I ordered a 10 piece +5 extra pieces of wings with fries. I only received the 10 piece no fries and no extra five piece. Like wtf is that. Then I call and I'm literally on hold for 20 minutes no answer. This is the worst service ever. Do not go to the Wingstop on Railroad!!! read more

Wingstop - 10 piece wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pittsburg, California

The order took hella long. When the app said otherwise. And to top it off it was a hair in my wings. Long black and thick. Do they not wear stuff to cover their hair? Disgusting. It's a negative 5 stars from me. read more

Ordered my wings online, 15 piece combo, fries, veggies and 2 drinks. The time frame was 16-26 minutes. I arrived within 20 minutes. Came inside and they had given my order to someone else. They had said to wait a while for them to re make the order. Waited a hour for my order to be made again. Terrible start for this newly opened wing stop. Thumbs down read more

This place is horrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for a 6 piece. The employees an the manager are completely rude an have attitudes. The manager herself is rude. The food wasn't even cooked the fries were soggy. Don't waste your money here just go to fire wings read more

Don't do it!! We made the BIGGEST mistake of ordering online, the could not find our order, waited over an hour to be told they could not find it. It was sitting on the top rack, took cold food home and was giving the wrong order. Feed my 2 year old son what I thought was a Hawaiin tender it turned out to be a Mango haberno. He was choking, crying. My little guy is still having a hard time with eating. I went back and the remade the order... the staff was useless seen so many mixup with orders, people waiting for long periods of time. Do yourself a favor and eat someplace else. read more

These fast food places are becoming ridiculous!! How tf we spend our money at this place and we get home to come to find out our wings are cold !! This location sucks! read more

We need our chicken cooked right my daughters even said this location is ridiculous gross read more

Staff was horrible to me. I forgot a mask and politely asked for a disposable one so that I could retrieve my order. They glared at me and denied me a mask or entrance so I stood outside. A very kind patron went in and grabbed my food for me. My drinks were left on the counter and instead of them just politely grabbing them for me they ignored and stared at me, so I asked for a refund so I didn't have to step inside. They denied me the refund and eventually let me in to get my drinks. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. Horrible service, horrendous staff. I apologized and thanked them on my way out and they blatantly ignored me and were so snarky and looked at me like I was trash. I will NEVER eat at Wing Stop again. Absolutely horrific. They deserve ZERO stars. read more

I have tried this location two times. The first visit, I put too much trust in them and they completely messed up my order. For the second visit, I wanted to make sure they got my order correct. After reviewing my order twice with the cashier, they still messed up my order. I will gladly drive a bit further to the older Pittsburg location just so I know my order will be completed correctly. read more

Takes way to long and the woman there dont have there full hair up makes me wanna check my food for any hairs and let me not start how lazy they are over here trowing the ranch in the bags read more

First time I went when they opened they gave me uncooked fries, I went in today to give it another try and was disappointed once again. I waited what seemed forever for my order just to find out that my ticket was misplaced and my order wasn't even being made. I got no apologies at all for the inconvenience. Fries weren't great again, they overbooked this time. read more

Normally I like wingstop an considering this place is new I figured this would be a great place out here. But I'm highly disappointed. The food is horrible the cooks in the back don't pay attention to what they need to cook. What should have took 20 mins for an order took an hour because the cooks in the back were just standing around one was on his phone one was picking fries out of the fryer basket. The young lady that was the cashier was wonderful polite they completely left her alone up front handling everything by herself which was unprofessional in my opinion. The fries come out soggy and undercooked. For a newly opened place they clearly don't have trained people in there who know what they're are doing. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I had placed an order an hour before picking up my 15 wings combo. I had downloaded the app and did all my orders. It tells you an estimate time on when my order will be ready which was about 15-25 mins, told myself ok by the time I leave home it would be ready so I assume ordering online will cut me some time being in line. Pulled up the the location. walked in, come to see a lot of people inside so I waited in line where it says "PICK UP ORDER" it was my turn in line and told the cashier that I'm here to pick up my order. She look straight at me and told me it isn't ready & that it's saucing so I waited patiently. 20 mins pass still waiting. So I decided go head out and wait in my car. An hour & 15 mins I got my order & boy I wasn't happy. GOT THE WRONG ORDER I didn't bother to go for a refund so idk I'll just say the staff seem so unprofessional & not welcoming. read more

Fun story. I placed an order online through their app. I gave an extra star because I acknowledge that it all started with an error on my end. I accidentally selected boneless wings when I meant to select bone in wings. I have a wheat allergy that doesn't allow for me to eat the breaded boneless ones. Can you edit the order online after it's been placed? Nope. Can you get someone to answer the phone when you call to make the correction? Nope again. When I finally had my call answered, I was immediately placed on hold which was not ideal as I was watching the order progress online. By the time someone came back to my phone call, my incorrect order was at my door. And I couldn't eat any of it. So be aware that you cannot edit or communicate about your order once you place it. After 15 minutes on hold, I wasn't surprised that "there is nothing we can do. Sorry" was the response. But you know what? If they had not left me on hold that whole time, they COULD have done something. I was pretty bummed. read more

Horrible customer experience. Called to put in an order and off the bat the girl who answered already gave me attitude. Once I went to get my food, the messed up my order, didn't give me my drink, messed up my wings, they're sauce fingers markings were all over the packaging of the wings. The bag had sauce marking on the outside. Horrible experience and a shame that they're making Wingstop look bad. read more
