I seriously wanted to love this place. They took forever to open so when they did I wanted to go. This is literally right off the freeway. Parking sucks here because it's hard to get in and out. I called and called and no one answered. I placed my order online. I also order an extra side of hot sauce because the original hot tends to dry out. The order took 40 minutes not unusual for a Saturday night. My husband picked up the order I drove home and half my order was missing. I'm understanding when it's an item but half ! Then I called and of course no one answered. So I drove all the way back. I told a woman who was bagging the orders and instead of working on my 3 missing side of fries and hot sauce they kept on making other people's orders. I waited inside with like 20 other annoyed people. It took about 25 minutes to get my 3 fries and side of hot sauce. I saw what the problem was there was about 10 people in the back running into each other. There's no order in the kitchen. Whoever trained the staff sucks and they need to be retrained. Don't do it!! We made the BIGGEST mistake of ordering online, the could not find our order, waited over an hour to be told they could not find it. Staff was horrible to me. I forgot a mask and politely asked for a disposable one so that I could retrieve my order. They glared at me and denied me a mask or entrance so I stood outside. A very kind patron went in and grabbed my food for me. My drinks were left on the counter and instead of them just politely grabbing them for me they ignored and stared at me, so I asked for a refund so I didn't have to step inside. They denied me the refund and eventually let me in to get my drinks. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. Horrible service, horrendous staff. Fun story. I placed an order online through their app. I gave an extra star because I acknowledge that it all started with an error on my end. I accidentally selected boneless wings when I meant to select bone in wings. I have a wheat allergy that doesn't allow for me to eat the breaded boneless ones. Can you edit the order online after it's been placed? Nope. Can you get someone to answer the phone when you call to make the correction? Nope again. When I finally had my call answered, I was immediately placed on hold which was not ideal as I was watching the order progress online. By the time someone came back to my phone call, my incorrect order was at my door. And I couldn't eat any of it. So be aware that you cannot edit or communicate about your order once you place it. After 15 minutes on hold, I wasn't surprised that "there is nothing we can do. Sorry" was the response. But you know what?
